Superdrol Log

Days 38 - 40 / PCT Days 18 - 20:

Tomorrow marks the last day of my PCT. As of Friday, day 39, I was at 189 pounds meaning I've kept 11 pounds out of the 12 I gained on cycle.

I feel that my BF % has increased a little bit during my PCT but when I put on my tighter shirts it still feels like my stomach is smaller than before I started the SD cycle.

Sorry to dissapoint on pics! I will get them up for my next cycle, I promise. Hopefully I'll have something I'll be proud to show off at that point.

Planning to set up doc appointment for next week to get blood work down. When I went in for my Cortisone shot today my BP was up from 120 / 70 all the way to 150 / 75 for some reason... but it tends to do that when I get anxiety about having it read so I'm not worried at this point.

How much of your 11 pounds do you think is lean?
If I had to guess... no less than 7 pounds of it is lean. Very small increase on my stomach and if you look back my other measurements went up significantly, and the rest of my body minus my stomach is pretty lean.

Day 41 / PCT Day 21:

Weight is 188 pounds meaning I've kept 10 lbs at the end of my PCT. I'd like to re-do my measurements to see how much I lost during PCT since I do think I put on some more fat and lost a little bit of size.

Just as a side note... I'm starting a 3-week regimen of 6-OXO to try to fight off further fat gain and muscle loss until my next cycle.

I'm about half a week out from ending PCT and my weight is 186 pounds. Meaning I have maintained 8 out of 12 pounds I gained, right about 66% -- not too bad if you ask me especially since I'm forced to take a week off the gym due to the cortisone shot in my injured shoulder.

Not sure if I'll keep up the 3 weeks of 6-OXO. I felt very minor knee discomfort today (and I don't have regular knee problems) so I think being down on estrogen for too long is getting to my joints.

Blood should be getting drawn on July 9th, that will be 5 weeks off-cycle. I'll post my results whenever I get them back, I'm getting lipids and liver values checked out -- and possibly test levels as well (only if I decide to drop 6-OXO since it would effect this).

I've been too slack to re-measure, but if I do results will be posted and compared to my peak when I finished my cycle.

Have you gotten the lab results back?
Not yet... I went in last weekend for some other stuff and wanted to get the blood work done... not realizing I had to fast! I'll probably be too busy this weekend to go again but I have a note on my file at the office to get blood drawn next time I'm in there.

Blood was drawn this morning so hopefully I'll have results back soon. This would be almost 7 weeks out from the end of my cycle so things should look pretty good if it turns out how I expect it should. Unfortunatly I don't have a previous base-line to compare to.

Blood test results are back... I'll post them tonight, I have all my mail delivered to my parents place since I tend to move apartments alot so I'll post em' when I make it over there tonight. Had my Mom take a look she says everything looks great but I'll post exact figures later. Again, sorry that I don't have a baseline to compare to before cycle.

PS: 2 months out from the end of the cycle and I'm sitting at 186 pounds, which means I kept 8 out of 12 pounds gained. I was dipping down to 184 for a bit... but I think it was the hot weather dehydrating me for a few days.

Here they are:

Liver Function: Normal Levels (no #s given)
Total Cholestorol: 112
HDL (Good): 41
LDL (Bad): 60
Triglycerides: 56

I made sure not to eat anything after 10:00 the night before, so it was a good 12 hours of no eating beforehand.

This is almost 2 full months after the end of my cycle. Seems like everything is back completely normal, and quite good if I understand the figures correctly.

Glad to see everything is ok.
I was too! Very excited that everything turned out that well, especially considering my parents, aunts, and uncles all have cholestorol problems. Apparantly my ancilliary supplement regime and diet with tons of fiber really helped out.

Now... preparing for cycle #2 starting on Monday. Hoping to get over 20 lbs this time around as the cycle will be a 5-6 weeker instead of just 3 weeks.
