Super-11/LGD Recomp Cycle

No, none from LGD. No hormonal side effects really, maybe at a higher dosage
I might get some testicular atrophy but that's it.

Are you using OL LGD on this cycle..?

Im about to take the plunge into LGD. I've run Osta twice and now i have the opportunity to run OL LGD so
Im going to run a similar cycle to you except it will be LGD, Androsterone & 11 Keto. Going to try to get shredded..!

Yup, I stopped my older cycle early so I have a good amount left for this last LGD cycle. Definitely do that cycle man, will you log it and what will you goal be? Osta I love for cutting.

I may log it.... I love Osta for cutting too. But seeing how LGD is more anabolic then Osta, it be be possible
to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time while cutting / recomping. Im currently sitting at 168. Would
love to either get down to 155 or 160 and get shredded, so that i can eventually do a lean bulk. I need to
lose about 1 1/2 to 2" off my waist. Even though my waist is small now, I tend to carry a lot of fat still in
my mid section.

IMO recomp for sure and especially with that stack. I've recomped before with LGD and GW, it definitely was the LGD that leaned me out like crazy plus I was the same weight at the end of the 6 weeks. I was at a slightly higher dosage though too. Right now I'm definitely leaning out nicely and it's only day 13, I have enough to up it to 8mgs probably at the end or middle of the 2nd month. I need to count the caps in the bottle again.

How much do you have?

I'd say

Or

Depending on how you react to the LGD, only raises the dosage if you feel like you can handle the side effects.

I advise against 4mg, 4mg is worthless. 8MG is a good starting point and has literally no side effects. 12-16 is where sides come but i fully feel 4 mg is a waste. I've ran it 7 times.

With RCs it's all subjective. At 8+mgs on a bulk I couldn't gain any weight eating 4800+ calories a day, showing that I was using everything as energy instead of it becoming muscle. 4mgs right now is doing me well.

Ahh that's why i've never used RC LGD, I only used OL LGD and primeval. Not sure what you got is LGD if that's the case though, LGD should provide very nice recomping. I don't think primeval's LGD is real LGD either.

That cycle I'm talking about is OLs LGD, I ment that when taking RCs generally, it usually is subjective. Also I agree with u on the primeval.

Have you ever run DS PH,s like Halodrol, Epistane or Trenavar to compare to LDG, i would also like to know how RAD, SR-9009, YK-11 compare, only Sarms i have used so far have been MK2866, Ostarine which i found great for joint soreness and muscle maintenance when cutting and S4 at 50-100mg per day, also GW, Cardarine at 14-20mg per day and MK677 from DNA anabolics, i have now switched over to OL for GW and may be getting some more ghar1ine to use in my current cut to see how the quality compares to the previous MK677 i have tried from DNA anabolics.

Ive ran LGD 7 times, I've also ran legit Celtic halo mass, I've ran Mithras, I'm currently running The one (Methyl-DHT-oxime) I'd say that LGD can be comparative if not a little better than halodrol

Also OL's MK is legit im on it currently and have about 8 bottles.

The only things under my belt are Osta, LGD, and now 11 keto. Nothing beyond that.

Interesting, what makes you think primeval is not legit LGD?
I know there is something in that bottle, I just added 12lb in less then 6-weeks. Really interested in your input, I know you have run OL LGD a number of times.
YoungBodyBuil more info... Did a little reading at another forum, they think the left over band PHs ended up in varying SARMS. Obviously no one was conclusive, but they said some of the results/sides of primeval LGD, were more in line with PH, then SARMS. Thoughts?

4 mgs for now, will bump to 8 mgs around the end of the 2nd month. LGD makes me very androgenic. My last run I was between 12-16mgs and couldn't gain a lb at 4500+ calories a day.
 
I was just thinking, if my leg is fine for squats I'm going to change it up. Usually around 275 is when my leg acts up so at 185 I might just do 1 set of crazy volume and just keep trying to add reps.

For your weight you are the deadlift king, no question, move on and do what bodybuilders do, curling extensions and what not.

Oh yea I didn't even announce my change in plans, I not lifting for body composition change anymore, more for strength and endurance. I definitely need a new gym to do what I want to do. I'm finishing this up because I'm already have way through and still want to be decently lean. Heading to NC for a week then once I come back I'm going to trade school for security and one more thing if I choose to do so.
