Super-11/LGD Recomp Cycle

Nope. Oral supposedly good for ulcers. Pinning as near as possible to the injury is the only way, IMHO.
What worked for me:
- using 250+ mcg twice a day at first, later 400-500mcg once before bed.
- heating + massage the spot of injury before injecting
- noted pronounced difference around day 10
 
Damn I'll have to look into pinning, I'd rather do that instead of surgery lol. I wasn't definite on it being a tear but my doctor says I may just be that.

Honestly, if it avoids surgery do it... Joints aren't as good as they were originally after they get worked on, at least that's what it seems like from what most people say..

Look into MK677.. I'm having great success with it helping my shoulder issues. I've got bursitis, calcium deposits, etc and am getting better by the day.

I just may, I like to stay away from pinning if I can lol I don't recall any healing properties from mk?

I can't remember, are you running a base or the LGD solo? Yeah the lethargy sucks man

Originally I was running it with 11 keto as my first hormonal. As light as it is it made me really hot headed so I stopped it after a month.

I know what ya mean... I took a week off on legs and my sesh yesterday was sh1tty..

I always recommend deloads but it sucks when u can't get to a gym. It's a slight set back but nothing crazy. At least u hit that 405 deadlift!

Thanks man, I never thought I'd hit it for more then one but I did it lol and you definitely can too. Do u use a belt and straps?

No belt or straps.. I hate using a belt and feel a loss of flexibility. I use a mixed grip on my deads but no strap
 
Hey bud, when you do benches and arch your back do you notice a strength increase? I've always kept my back flat against the bench but after watching your vid I'm considering starting to arch my back..

When I arch my back I also pinch my shoulder blades, it allows me to be more stable which allows me to push more weight safely. Also if needed you can use your body to push it up which I only have been utilizing my last workout. I highly recommend doing close grip since your ROM will be decreased greatly, your strength will go down but it will allow you to recruit more muscle fibers which will allow more hypertrophy and overall strength.

So my lifts definitely shot up, I'll be going maintenance after my camping trip then I'll probably do a heavy cut with Osta again in 3-4 months just to take off some fat I got from the estrogen spike.
 
You look bigger in your vids -AND in the mirror of your gym.

Your mirror at home might be off, IMHO.
 
Ah I just realized it might just be the gym pump lol but the mirror still doesn't show how big I am or people generally.

Lol. I feel that way except for when I'm a fat ass... then the mirrors and camera add 10 lbs on me

So I'm upping cardio till it's time to cut and I'm going back to weighting food, maybe I'll go to the track(probably not lol). I've been getting plenty of compliments about my size and strength but I want to take the extra fat I gained off.

Forgot leg extensions and calf press. So Test1fy is still hard on my stomach so I won't be taking it preworkout anymore. I haven counted my calories yet till I weight in at my gym. Libido is definitely high as fcuk and I have more energy then on cycle. The KSM relaxes me too much if I take all the test1fy at once but at least I'm relaxed lol.

Actually I may just wait a month after my pct and start Osta again with its healing abilities, 12 weeks at a decent dose will do.

Tendinitis sucks azz. Good thing is, with proper treatment it's manageable. MK sounds good, will take it's time, bro.

Yea time will definitely be a huge factor, I'll be look into other ways to speed the healing up but I'm stuck between Osta and MK677, MK677 is definitely more long term.
 
Personally, I would go with MK and BPC. I'm not convinced of Osta's healing abilities.

Well since MK will be ran long term, maybe start it a couple months before running osta.. then you'll get the healing effect and the MK bloat and etc will be leveled out so you'll be ready to cut... either way, you can get the ball rolling to get the tendinitis on the mend..

It's completely controlled my bursitis and I have much more fluidity in the joint.. prior to MK, my shoulder felt like a ratchet that had dirt in it. I love the compound.

I've also read that BPC can be taken orally... I might be mistaken but I think Toren has written about this

I'm tight on funds so it's will only be one of the 3. If oral consumption can help my tendons then I'll definitely go for that.
 
I actually got the idea from a thread by The_Old_Guy. He used it orally to help cure his golfer's elbow. I'm sure it was his elbow..... I did once daily (250 mcg) sub-q injections (near the injury), with an occasional (250 mcg) oral dose, along with MK-677, to heal a torn rotator cuff. I have another vial of it that I will be using sooner rather than later to deal with some aches and pains. We'll see.

I was quite impressed with the healing I saw (in a very short period of time) with the BPC-157/MK-677 combo. Powerful meds probably helped too. :]

If doing oral only, I'd recommend minimum 500mcg per day based upon what I've read and seen. That would mean a 5mg vial would last ~ 10 days. You're probably going to want two of them. I'm certainly not an expert on BPC-157 though.

Honestly, sub-q injections (with a slin pin) are a breeze and basically painless. Having said that, I'm not like some of the guys on here that love sticking themselves with needles. It gets old real quick for me.

Subq is more effective and pretty much painless as the others have said. Slin pins and bac water are cheap and pretty easy to get legally without a prescription.

It varies pharmacy to pharmacy.. you can also buy pins at most RC sites you'd be getting the Peptides from.. i think CEM has slin pins for instance
 
So last night I attempted to pull the trigger on getting the BPC for CHEAP AS **** but my card was declined twice I sat a little more on the idea of getting It and I will use it as a plan B. I'll see how physical therapy goes and if it take too long to heal I'll administer the BPC.
