Sorry to bring my personal life into the forum but I gotta do a little venting. A girl I had been dating for about two months called it quits on me today. ****!n sucks. She said she finds me attractive and has feelings for me, but has been back and forth with what to do with where we were at. She thinks that if something was going to develop there would be more chemistry and she would want to see me all the time. She felt like we hit a wall and weren't progressing since she didn't have stronger feelings for me.

Needless to say I'm not in the greatest mood about it...i really liked this chick. And being on cycle doesn't make this any easier.

And of course she wants to "remain friends". I told her she's going to have to let me go for awhile, she can't have her cake and eat it too, and my wall is going right back up. So for the time being i'm probably just going to avoid talking to her as much as possible.

So kiddies the lesson for today is.......

Don't date girls when you're on cycle!

being in a relationship when you're on cycle is another thing....i plan on telling any chick that I enter into a relationship that I enjoy using PH/AAS. Definitely something I would disclose...and if it was a deal break then so be it. Just the uncertainty that comes with dating a girl whilst on cycle is not good for you emotions...especially since you're hormones are ****in whacked to begin with. ***END RANT***

Other than that, still feeling a little under the weather and hitting the Vitamin C hard (took about 15g yesterday, doing the same again today). Woke up at 210.5 again. Start formestane tomorrow. Clen is still at 240mcg and will be bumping the T3 up to 100mcg. Dropping the 6th meal today instead of waiting till Monday.

And I gotta say the Ghenerate is going well.....it's been giving me the craziest dreams.

Killed it last night....I feel like all that emotion I had swelled up in me and i just got it all out in the gym last night. Felt awesome.

Made me feel even better when I hit the scale this morning and came in at 209.5! :)

I basically just went in and out of the gym today.....still feeling kinda run down. Did chest and calves lots of volume and no cardio. Just wasn't feeling it today and I feel like i just need a little R&R until monday. I will probably do 45min to a hour of cardio upon waking tomorrow as it is an off day.
 
This journal is very interesting, good job. I was actually thinking of starting a similar cycle; it would be about 4 weeks however with Anavar used at 50mg/day instead of SD.

How are you looking these days? By my count your down about 8lbs, is that mostly fat? Some before/after pics would be great but if you don't have em could you maybe go into a bit of detail and break-down your weightloss for those of us following?

I'm looking okay. I've never had a 6 pack in my life...and i certainly don't expect what i've been taking to magically make my abs pop out either. I am however getting compliments from others that i am start to look like I'm losing weight and am skinner than I was a few months ago. I def have not lost any size.

I actually started dieting at around 230-235ish...and at my lightest so far on this cycle/diet i weighed in at 209.5....so just for numbers sake we'll say i started at 230..for a 21 lb loss. I want to get down to 200. I took pics at the beginning of the cycle and will take pics at the end of the cycle and pics again after PCT as i will continue to cut until the end of PCT. I will get all pics up once everything is said and done.
 
Hey guys i know this cycle and PCT are far from over...but i've got another thread going where I want AM to pick my next cycle. I would appreciate all of you that have been following along to weigh in and vote. Thanks.

Start a week of supersets....last night was legs. Very low energy levels this morning...probably because i'm low carbin it and superset workouts are intense. But you gotta do what you gotta do.

Woke up this morning at 208. Cycle ends on the 12th and PCT begins on the 13th.
 
also wanted to mention i started creatine again this week but surprisingly my weight hasn't gone up. I expected to hold on to more water with the creatine but maybe the limiting of my carbs is preventing that.

Also, i've been keeping track of my daily caloric intake and mon-fri i'm averaging between 1750 and 1850
 
Aight guys. Ending my cycle at 205 this morning. Took some pics and will take pics again at the end of PCT. This morning I woke up...took 20mg SD, 1 cap pslin, two glycobol, and one AP. How's that for nutrient partitioning? I followed it up with a 1/2 cup oats and 2 scoops whey, two pieces of whole wheat toast, and a bowl of cereal with 2 cups hood calories and one serving kashi go lean and two servings fiber one :)

So here's my PCT protocol for the next 6-8 weeks.....

Formestane wk 1-2
Toremifene wk 1-4
DTP wk 3 till end of bottle
IGF2 wk 3 till end of bottle
GHenerate using now and have another bottle ready to go
Suppress C wk 3 till end of bottle
Lipo6x starting wk3
AlphaT2 startking wk3
Pslin as directed wk 1-2, will up carbs for this
Ketotifen Fumarate wk 1-2 to clear receptors, may or may not fire up some clen/t3 again but will dose ED instead of EOD just to use up what I have left

I know it's a ridiculous stack....but what's a guy gonna do haha
 
Wow... Quite the pct lol

Yeah I want to keep cutting afterwards and want to keep the strength up as well. The first two weeks will serve as a break and will up my carbs by 50-75g. After PCT is over i'm going to take a break until october 1. At the point im probably going to start a Tren/Epi/Dermacrine LV cycle for 4 weeks.

Prolly will be

Tren 100/??/??/??/ (just depends on how i respond)
Epi 40/40/40/40/
Dermacrine LV for 8 weeks, started as kickstart.
 
bro.. nice job.. congrats on the successful cycle.. thats pretty impressive that you lost that much weight.. and your pct looks good..
one thing i would recommend though.. drop the pslin.. i used it once in pct after i had lost a decent amount of bodyfat on cycle.. and i ate the amount of carbs in suggested.. and it was just way too many.. its not that great of a nutrient partioner.. im just saying.. you need to be keeping the carbs down and the protein real high for pct..especially while your cortisol is spiking.. so i mean im not saying dont use it.. just dont think its a reason to eat alot of additional carbs that are uneeded

and tren/epi is by far the best stack ive heard of for losing fat and gaining muscle.. ive never heard about report about it in that aspect..

I understand your concern with the pslin and you make a valid point. I do however think i'm going to keep it in anyways. I'll probably just add two pieces of whole wheat bread to my pre-workout meals. I actually want to do this...I want to raise my cals for the first two weeks of PCT and then i'll just take them back out when I start my fat burners. My protein is high and I take around 75g of aminos so i think i'm covered. So on lifting days i'll do whole wheat bread preWO, and on off days i'll just add a half cup oatmeal to my breakfast.

yeah i i'm looking forward to the tren/epi stack...and i'm adding dermacrine in there for the test base since I havent jumped over to pins. Not afraid to do it....just have a lot to learn on the subject and have more than enough orals to burn through before getting there.

Just wanted to do a small update being a week into my main PCT products (or 1st week after discontinuing my serm).....i've gotten myself down to 203 thus far in PCT. Getting lots of compliments that i look leaner and much better than while bulking. I'm enjoy it thus far and will continue to kill it until i reach my goal of 200lbs. After PCT is over i'm going to take a two week break from lifting. Going to keep my diet where it is and cut the cardio and see how my body responds.

I am finishing up an epistane/11 oxo summer cut- and it has turned into a recomp somehow- weight has been the same for 5 weeks but I keep getting less bf- wasnt what I was shooting for but hell yeah!

On the epi/tren I have two friends who have ran this twice both with great results!

Thanks man. Glad to hear you had success with your summer cut, nothing wrong with a recomp that's actually better than a cut IMO. I'd be stoked if I got down to 190-195ish.

Yeah i'm prolly gonna hit that epi/tren in oct. Just gonna train natural for the next few months and then go on again and try to recomp.
 
Hey guys....just wanted to chime in here and say that PCT is still on going but am on the last leg. It has worked really well and I am currently down to 200lbs which was target. However I'm going to continue to cut until my PCT supps run out and then take a week off and come up with a new routine.

I'm thinking of doing something like upper one day, lower next day, off day, repeat. Do this till October and switch over to DC training for my epi/tren cycle.
 
Just another small update....PCT is just about over. Woke up today at 198lbs. So that's a net loss of 32lbs since I started cutting. I think I'll take some pics here sat morning and then try to get some up. Still no abs...but i've leaned up some and have been getting lots of compliments. Going to take a week off next week and just relax and then go back to dieting down.

Thanks man....I still have more to lose though! Prolly gonna shoot for an even loss of 40 and then drop the cardio all together and see how my body responds to that with the way my diet currently is set up.
