There is no set amount it entirely depends on the individual and what diet plan you are following
Are you talking specifically granulated white sugar, or any type of sugar?
Personally I consume pretty minimal amounts of sugar, I'm not tracking lately so I couldn't tell you how much but it's probably under 20g of sugar a day for me.
That's about what my daily intake has been past few days. Posted up in library studying for finals with red bulls, cheettos, doritos, skittles, twizzlers, etc.
