Sugar

There is no set amount it entirely depends on the individual and what diet plan you are following

Are you talking specifically granulated white sugar, or any type of sugar?

Personally I consume pretty minimal amounts of sugar, I'm not tracking lately so I couldn't tell you how much but it's probably under 20g of sugar a day for me.
 
RDA is pretty low but big differences based on your TDEE and more,

A big factor is the source IMO
Fruit is different than added sugars to processed food.

That's about what my daily intake has been past few days. Posted up in library studying for finals with red bulls, cheettos, doritos, skittles, twizzlers, etc.

If your active and have an overall healthy diet with fruits and veggies.

(please note goal oriented diets are different than healthy )

Then there really is no set limit. Well....not without overeating by a ton.

You can have that Starbucks double sugarchino and be healthy too. People tend over analyze sugar.

If you are sedentary with a poor diet....things do change a bit unfortunately.
