About a month ago my loads started to decrease drastically, i find this quite embarassing but whats more important i find it's strange and hope nothing serious is wrong with me? Have any of you ever experienced this?

I'm 32 years old, healthy, 12% bf, proper high protein bb diet, exercise 4 times pe week.

i dont live in the states so its not that easy. i have to go to my doctor and explain him my scenario if i need blood tests. What could this be and could it be a natural temporary happening?

My Medicare insurance paid it all except for $6.

Low T, adrenal fatigue... I am trying to balance hormones.

I do not have medicare though. Isn't it only for 55 & older?

Medicare is for 65 and older and while on long term disability (I think), also while on Welfare.

It does not have to be Medicare other insurances cover the expenses also, mos likely even better.
Before I was 65 I had BC/BS comprehensive, got covered.
Mistake people do, including my co-workers, including some VP's in my place, the try to save on insurance.
I always went for insurance that covered least, cost most and gave no restictions.

get the (right) tests, then we can talk and have a shot at some resemblance of progress.

Yeah, I've noticed they are useless for most hormones. But what about for cortisol rhythm?

There is a lots of confusing informations on Adrenal Fatigue.
My bottom line.

Use Cortef.
Use it when you feel it helps.
When it helps, go up to 20mg/day dose
Split the dose 2 or 3 ways
Use it at about 7AM, Noon, 5PM
7AM dose may be little larger.
If it helps but still have misgivings, may go up to 30mg/day

In the mean time check Aldosterone, if low use some Florinef.

Beyond that, hopefully we do not need to go there.

Note, no Cortisol testing.

When on above regime, tried to wean off and crashed.
Go back to it, stay on it another year or two before making another attempt.
