DHT suddenly increasing

I've been on Test Cyp only, (100mg 2x/week, subq), for about 4 years. Blood work has always been great with no issues anywhere.
My DHT has always been kinda low/mid range, but when i had bloodwork done in January and again last week, its suddenly in the 80s and 90s range. (range being 15-65).

The only thing I had changed leading up to my January blood work was switching from subq to IM for a couple of months.

Any ideas what may be causing?

You may have answered your own question. If the only thing that changed was subq to IM, I would suspect that, in your particular case.

Were you doing subq or im for the blood work last week?

I switched back to sub q about 3 weeks ago and it dropped down to 83 from 95 (IM).

Give it a few more weeks, maybe a couple of months, then retest. If it comes back down more, you will have your answer.
