i just start taking DTH yesterday and im already starting the feel the effects, but i know if im crazy but my balls actually seem smaller.
u need less pills a day then
 
i dunno i get fluctuations in ball size usually though, im only at 2 for 5 days, then im gonna work up to 4 hopefully. Like you know after a intense workout your balls kind of shrink. So nothing to worry about as of now.

Hey dude, did you know they shrink after ejaculation? ;) Keep that in mind when checking your balls lol.

Anyways today i saw more effects ot DTH women are mysterisouly more attracted to me, and also i have some increased agression, apparently it i was agressed after the gym, which is strange.

Actually, not that uncommon, seeing as how everything gets pumping once you start hitting the weights and exerting yourself, perfectly normal. Can depend on your dose timing as well. Nice to see it kickin in for ya!!

Workout Notes

Simply awesome recovery, period. Got a little pooped there at the end of the third tri-set for the incline stuff, was really trying to squeeze and feel everything while taking it slow. Got some good pumps, and really felt like I had done some good work. I could have done more weight on the Barbell presses for both, I’m guessing another 10lbs. at least, but trying to save myself a bit for my next workout phase of straight sets. Also could have gone a bit heavier on the flyes, but I want to get at least 12 reps here, and that might not have happened had I gone heavier, especially on the last sets. Took 1.5 scoops JP8 this time, since I didn’t have any DTH today, and got rocked. Even though I had no DTH, stuff still hit me almost as hard as if I had, and then some. I love how I can mix any Get Diesel product and they are work synergistically, no matter what ones you use, and that’s great!! Chest looked full after the workout, felt tight and pumped. Would have done some decline work, but had to cut it short to go out with the little lady for some pre-Halloween haunted house tours.

Other Notes

Not as much lethargy today, felt in a mellow mood most of the day. Still had some aggression, as well as excellent recovery, stamina and strength. Definitely would recommend this stack to anyone of age who needs a big extra oomph to their workout, be it in bed or in the gym. It makes everything you do way more effective, from pre-work out supps, to definition, to strength, and the list goes on. I’m glad I just nutted up and tried it, and the support here on the forums from Chuck, Tripdog, and all the other members is most excellent when you have questions regarding these products, which speaks volumes on how effective they are, people wouldn’t waste their time with crap. So thanks guys, keep up the good work, and take care!!

Workout Notes

Everything seemed pretty easy today, could have done a bit heavier weight, but I’m trying to save myself for my straight sets coming up for the next phase, so I just took the reps slower and tried to really feel all the movements. Was feeling that I could add a set or 2, so I did just that, but nothing too nuts. Got great pumps today, then went and rolled with a buddy for an hour. Good times!!

Other Notes

Resumed the DTH today, and man, did it show!! Felt almost as good as I did the first few days I started it, almost no lethargy!! Hope this is a taste of things to come, because I could do without all that lethargy, but all that lethargy is a good sign as well. Sleep has been great the last couple of weeks, aside from the first 2 days I started this stack, probably because I was so pumped to be on it, and partly because of the stack. Anyways, seems like things are getting back to normal today. Good feeling and focused aggression, I love it!! Endurance is up, and so is recovery. Food intake is still on the plus side, but so far I’ve only gained around a pound, could be a third ball I’m growing? Still taking in more water than was usual, but that’s all good. Definitely seem to be utilizing carbs better, as I rarely eat this many carbs, but, everything is going up and can’t see any extra pudge, other than what is already there, so no worries. Well, coming off Penn State’s win over Ohio yesterday only added to the really great day it was here in Happy Valley, so I skipped cardio in favor of going on some hiking and walking around town today with the little lady. Got in a good 5 plus miles off strolling around and checking out the new fall colors and such, kinda relaxing for a change. More or less just a care-free kinda day, I need those once in a while.

Workout Notes

Not too much of a workout today, other than ,my wallet. Took some sights in, then went back to the apartment. I decided it was just too nice a day to be inside.

Other Notes

Today was great, nice weather especially for this time of year, and I was feeling great all day. Lethargy has pretty much passed, but I am still in a pleasant mood. Thinking now about bumping the Sunami to 2 per day here in the near future, maybe come middle of the week. My carb intake is up, and they seem to be getting better utilized now. I'm normally not easting this much carbs, but only good things are coming of it, so no complaints. Cut them out for a day to see if it affected my recovery at all,and it really didn't, granted, it takes a bit more time for it to show, but I wasn't loading, so I will continue to attribute my enhanced recovery to this stack. Skin is still oily, a bit more acne mainly on my nose and some on shoulders, but other than that, everything else is good. I know whenever I switch to my straight sets coming up here real soon, I’m gonna break some PR’s, and that’s got me stoked. Take care!!

Funny, I have no additional acne at all.. Very very oily skin though, it's oily again around 2 hours after washing my face thoroughly..

Lucky you!! Mine's not bad, but it's more than enough to notice, makes me feel like a teenager again. As a side note, the aggression/rage really kicked in today in full force, and then some. Got a warning at work for something I didn't do and had the worst time trying to control my anger,all the while I got red in the face and had a nice warm feeling. Apparently, my supervisor noticed that I wasn't so chipper, and quickly left the area. Haven't been that pissed in a long time, and couldn't seem to get over it, kept building and building. On a good note, helped me to get finished in record time, but on a bad note, I get paid by the hour. Oh well. Even typing about is getting me pretty fired up right now.

yeah it pisses me off, I have to cut my hair on my head every 5 days versus every 8 days and shave damn near every 20 hours.

I get some crazy questions.......I would follow the directions and start at 4/5 max and see how you feel on that, most people dont or wont ever need 6/day.

I was real focused on the workout today, felt like I couldn’t fatigue at all, I even added an extra set for my middle delts. Endurance was extra crazy today. Man, I can’t wait ‘til straight sets next phase, I know some PR’s are gonna fall. Every workout as of late feels like cake, I’m mainly pushing myself with extra intensity techniques versus more weight, so I have more endurance to move the heavy weight come next phase. I’m so stoked, it’s not even funny.

Other notes

Aggression continues to stay high, definitely feeling the “Alpha Male” thing. I feel like lighting someone up once they start giving me any guff, but I’m keeping it in check, and directing it in positive way. Acne is popping up still, pun intended. Body temp is back down to normal, wasn’t worried to begin with, it was only up like 2 tenths of a degree. Look like I’m on track to add another pound by the end of this phase of my workout, bringing the total weight gained to 2lbs. Still can’t see where it’s going, but I do look fuller all over my upper body. Also continuing to look more vascular. Muscles feel denser too. This is proving to be a very worth while stack, loving the ride so far. Upped my Sunami dosing today, didn’t really notice anything from it, will continue with above dose tomorrow. Whoops, almost forgot about the lethargy thing. Not so much all the time now, hits me hard about 10-11 A.M., after being up since 2 A.M., then again near evening. Not as bad if I grab a power nap around 11 for 40 minutes, but am always real groggy when I wake up from the nap, not usually like that, but the results I'm getting are so worth it.

I took a job at UPS, since the downturn that's been going in the economy some of my computer customers have been "Late" with their payments, or have had their grants pulled. It works out well, I work from like 2A.M. 'til round 10A.M., then do my computer business. Been getting thrashed as of late, short handed, so I have to unload, needless to say, I'm performing 6+ hours of Good Mornings, lunges, shoulder presses, and cleans, just to name a few.

One of these days, I'm gonna get your pointers on doing squats, promise!! I think in December is when I'm gonna start trying to outgrow my jeans, in the legs, that is,lol.
