60 - 85% MHR for at least 45 minutes. The easiest way to do this is to walk at a comfortable pace, and increase the incline, or resistance. When you get to the point where talking is interupted with deep breaths, back it off. Keep it right at that level for 30 minutes, and voila! Weight loss.
