Day 28 2 scoops in 20 oz water. 30 min before workout, the flavor is still nice and light with 20 oz of water.
gym was empty. decided to mix it up a little.
been doing full body 6-10 rep range.

Did every lift in the 20-12 rep range to give VASOBLITZ a good test at higher reps. All I can say is the pumps were sweet!
I got an awesome pump! I rarely do reps that high. It was kind of fun and I was surprised how well my endurance was doing so many reps. (i'm not in the best shape)
Left the gym pumped and felt comfortably tired.

Day 29 off day (Had family over for a cookout)

Will be hitting the gym today. I KNOW LABOR DAY! trust me i'm not doing anything else today but watch movies.

Note: I think the tub has more than 30 servings in it.

I had at least 9 scoops extra in my tub. Maybe 11. Can’t remember exactly but I had 4 full days and 1.3 on the 5th extra. I love when that happens

Did it gave you a long lasting pump, as it did for Studhorse? Like a "Perma-pump"? How does it compare to a PDE-5 inhibitor, like cialis?

After the second week I literally felt full all the time. Never tried those ed meds, so cant compare. I’ve never used a non stim pump product that kept muscles full like this. The best kept me full overnight but this is on another level. It’s not an after workout pump. That’s there for sure but just a total overall constant fullness

I'm guessing 4-5 extra servings as well.

DAY 30
2 scoops with 12oz ice water. Sipped on it. I laid around all day since I didn't have to work.
Me and the wife hit the gym. I'm gone with my 8 weeks workout she is behind a few days so I just did an hour of randum work.
Did tris with heavy weight 4-8 reps. Nice pump for low reps.
Did Chest At high reps 12-25 Pump was very nice.
Hack squats I went heavy 4-10 reps. Pumps was crazy!

This product is very intriguing to me. Great log. There is one ingredient I'm concerned about however. (And I'm not trying to derail since I really want to try this product)
About seven months ago I passed a kidney stone. Calcium stone. Since then I stayed away from supplements containing calcium just to be on the safe side. Even though I couldn't get a straight answer from my urologist about supplements containing it. The "safe" answer I got was too much can cause it however a lack of it can cause it as well. Lol.
I could always get a 2nd opinion of course but any input on this subject would be helpful. I really want to check out Vasoblitz but that calcium I see on the label is making me think about that painful pass of the stone. Lol

Can calcium supplements give you kidney stones?

Get the calcium you need: Getting too little calcium in your diet can cause oxalate levels to rise and cause kidney stones. To prevent this, make sure to take in an amount of calcium appropriate to your age. Ideally, obtain calcium from foods, since some studies have linked taking calcium supplements to kidney stones.May 9, 2017

Thanks for the input Rocket. Yeah, for all I know I had the stone from lack of calcium. It's never certain but I feel like I'm doing more damage to my body by staying away from calcium. From supps not food of course.
Been researching stim free preworkouts to go on a stim break and Vasoblitz sounds like a hit so far.

I started getting kidney stones in my 20's. I chug 4 -32oz glasses of room temp water every day. I still pass stones 1-2 times a year but they are very small with no pain!. If i'm traveling I can't do this because you will piss a lot.

I remember my urologist told me that " if everyone drank 8- 12 oz glasses of water everyday he wouldn't have a job". never been back to one since.

Ah yes. Water. Been drinking a lot since the stone as well. Urologist mentioned not enough water can be the cause also. Been working out serious since early 20s. I'm 38 now. It's funny the concerns I get now that wouldn't even come to mind when I was younger. I have to keep up certain supp to keep my workouts intense.
Thanks for your input Studhorse. Think I'll give Vasoblitz a ride.
Excellent log, btw.

Thanks...
I try to keep it simple. if you have water running through your kidneys you won't get too much build up.
