Stuck what gives!!!

Hey Everyone, I'm a newbie on these forums and looking for a little advice.

Backround:
39 years old,current weight 200lbs height 5'7". I train 5-6 days per week.Train with a heart rate mon. on.
Average cal burn 900-1200 each workout
My training consists of a mixed training. During my weight training I do cardio/plyometrics .Normally after every two sets I'll do a cardio/plyometric round to let the muscle recover and shoot my heart rate up.

My workouts last about an hour , then I hit the tread mill for about 15min. Crank the incline up and walk , heart rate settles in the 130's .

Here is the problem , I can not for the life of me loose weight or cut BF at my leanest I was 185 BUT I was doing a hell of a lot of extra cardio , like an hour everyday , not including my workouts.

Diet"
Breakfast
4-5 egg white's
1 whole egg w/ reduced fat ranch dressing
coffee

workout

after workout, whey protien shake

Lunch: serving protien , veggies

mid day : Whey protien shake

Dinner: Serving protien, veggies or salad

Every third day I have a serving of carbs; Oatmeal or whole wheat pasta.

Once a week or every ten days I do have a " cheat " meal we'll go out to dinner or make whole wheat pizza with reduced fat cheese and turkey/ chicken sausage or turkey pep. on it.

So folks ANY help here would be great I'm really stuck :18:
My goals are to drop more BF build my fitness and more lean muscle, but really stuck currently.
thanks....

change your workout routine whether it be intensity, timing, length of time etc. also instead of trying for a ketoish diet, target maybe 140g of protein a day, and then make the rest up from carbs + healthy fats. honestly i dont see any healthy fats there. so your caloric intake might go up a little even, but that could be what you need

I take a cla for my fats and add a tsp of nat. P butter in one of my whey shakes.
Also currently using sesamin supp.
I don't do any other cardio. was debating on adding cardio, but feel that won't help.

Any supps that may help?

I'm not saying do additonal cardio, i'm saying do an entirely different workout structure. So maybe do weight lifting, or circuit training instead. your body adapts to doing the same thing over and over again, and eventually it stops responding to it.

that still doesn't sound like much in healthy fats. Unless you are trying to get down to 6 pack abs lean, having some amount of carbs in your daily diet is a good thing for overall metabolism

I'll start by adding some oatmeal with my breakfast.

I just ,maybe 4 weeks ago started training this way, with the plyo/ cardio bursts during my weight training. I'm wondering if my caloric intake is to low.
Yes I am trying to lean out .

try supersets. 10-12 reps per set, 4 sets per exercise. concentrate on speed of the repetition verses the actual weights used. the weights are still important, though not as much as you'd think. the idea is to do compound movements - squats/deadlifts/pullups/benchpress/lunges/etc to get your heart rate up to 150 or higher. this will elevate your growth hormone levels, which will help chew through some fat. your GH levels can stay elevated for up to 24 hours later, provided your fast digesting carbs are limited.

thats how my weight training sessions are now , then I add in the plyo/ cardio bursts.
My rest between sets is about 10-15 seconds.
I'll even change things up and do all body weight workouts( bodyweight 500) just to throw my body off.
