I just do the basics with a foam roller about once a year. Probably why I need the same advice as you right about now
Same here which is why all of us strong supplement guys are in the same boat
I remeber watching a rich piana video when he was huge and his mobility was insane. Literally blew my mind. Idk what he did but I’ll try and find it. I’m sure there is some in his videos.

Here's my daily routine:
10 burpees - roll out left Achilles and calf
10 burpees- roll out right side
15 front to back legs swings on right leg - roll right hammy
15 front to back swings left leg- roll left hammy
15 side to side leg swings left side -roll left IT band
15 side to side right leg swings-roll right IT
20 mountain climbers - roll hip crease and glutes
50 jumping jacks- roll back and pecs
Get a decent little sweat on. I do this in the am and workout hours later in the pm
