Is magtein a better form than glycinate?
Again, only going off of my 1 time experience with it does seem to work better at boosting the kratom dose the glycinate.
MagTein seems to be able to pass the blood brain barrier where magnesium glycinate doesn’t appear to so in that regard it’s better.
I will keep experimenting with it and keep you posted.
Downside to MagTein is that it’s expensive.
