But yeah it's pretty good and good tasting especially at the 4 ounce area. And I figured going when I absolutely just wanted to close my eyes and sleep (I took was in a half snooze half awake state of mind at the tire shop) would really show what this baby can do.

I basically gave my body to science haha
Thanks broheim. I like to keep most PWO drinks down in the 4oz range anyway. I train fasted in the mornings so I don't want the belly all full of jiggly stuff. Just my preference.

Seems we do buddy. Mine is doing well. Tries to find the nipple even if one isn't nearby. What a life, eat, shlt, sleep, repeat.

Ya my best friend joke around that we put 10 scoops of pre and add 5 eye stoppers worth of water lol. I hate that slosh, especially when laying back for bench!

Just got home from trying a new gym.

Has the atmosphere and equipment of a Metroflex, yet with a/c and 24/7 key access.

Again, pretty tired took 1 heaping scoop and a 1/3 (I guess I'm more stim tolerant than I thought) and went to work.

I wanted to hit some chest again since yesterday's incline db was a flop.

Flat barbell

Neutral grip lat pulls ss with underhand

Got two of that single handles on the lat pulls

Finishes off taken one handle off, leaving 40 lbs on and getting 12 each

This new gym is leg based as it should be but to my disappointment there was no adjustable rack. So rack deads were pretty weird

Tried the variation of low row they had and it was weird
2 sets of 1 pps and I couldn't raise the seat high enough to get a good contraction so I was kinda pissed off lol.

Not as glorious as yesterday but still sweating like a pig wrapped in Saran Wrap. The gym was like 80-85 degrees but being from Texas that's not really "hot" so Stimul8 definitely got the heart rate up.
 
K so 1 heaping and a third again seems to be the gold mine for me.

My buddy didn't know that I was testing it so when I went to the restroom he got a scoop. He just gave me some px black so I couldn't really get mad lol I just made him tell me how it made him feel.

I was doing arms and he hit back

Again a nice uprise of energy that kept me going. I felt so good that I did a lot of chain work. Chain dips, chain chin ups, chain barbell curls. The energy was explosive and so was my workout. I had never worked with chains before but it was a nice treat.

hammer curls ss seated tricep press down
4 sets 12 each

Chain dips ss chain chin ups

Chain bb curls ss tricep extensions

Couple sets of leg raises and that's it

My friends thoughts - he tried drinking it at my apt (we still had to go get someone else and then he wanted to pick up a smoothie) so I like slapped his hand down so he wouldn't explode.

So we get to the gym and he drinks his shizz

15 minutes in he is chugging water like a camel

25 minutes (he had gym pants on) he is sitting there pouring

35 he asks what's in it and I just shrug lol

40 he told me he felt like he mixed Jack3d and Craze

50 he was out of it, just stim buzzed lol

I think he liked it :)

He was driving and he normally is a hazard to my health when he is behind the wheel. Maybe when this comes out and I'm driving (just go extra slow all the way there) haha

I tried craze a couple times, it's not a feeling I enjoy. And ethamphetamines were found in a batch of their product recently.

Today my friend showed me this bench challenge at a gym and I figured I'd sign up. It's this Friday so I have 3 training sessions planned to get back into the groove

I haven't bb benched in forever. And if I do it's just light weight medium volume since I start incline mostly now.

Lol I almost did one of those studies with a new pain killer a couple years ago. 2k for 10 days seemed pretty good to a student entering college
 
Uhhhh opened my tub and the last scoop turned into a gel..put it in water and microwaved it lol lets see what happens
