i think these will be different dividend .. MMTLP, APE you were able to sell immediately .. from my understanding these you have to hold until 6-12months, i believe thats what "restricted" mean.

So diff type of dividend i believe lets see if this works .. or we gonna buy cheap crack instead of expensive bud.

Its different, APE was taken directly out of AMC value, it wasnt dillution, it was really a split if you think about it. GTII restricted dividend isnt about paying shareholders, its about forcing a sharecount with Shareintel tracking data and Wes Christian's lawfirm building their case something Adam Aaron never gave a crap about other than finding a loophole to raise funds for AMC via dilluting APE (after he stole from AMC value, 1 billion shares were still authorized to be diluted at any time) and give himself and the board pay raises.

Its really no comparison, but being that the shares are restricted and untradeable there is no dillution whatsover,, those shares were just as restricted as they were before we get them.

Having GTII hit last years highs that were caused by the Warrants being issues (dillution right there) isnt a pipe dream at all which is my minimum goal. High numbers sure I agree its a lottery..........but, GTII completes Trento Mining thats worth 10-20 Billion right there giving GTII a $20 value or more per share. There is alot more than just a short squeeze play, but until that happens your gambling on speculation that may or may not complete of course.

On top of that APE was a double total from AMC, paid via AMC directly and Adam allowed himself to dillute millions and millions and made side deals with the hedgefunds that were shorting him in exchange for perks allowing him to cheat his way to better company fundamentals.

There really is no comparison between AMC and GTII.

If GTII is giving away restricted shares, they are still shares. And the moment they become sellable, it is dilution. Really even once they are printed out of thin air. That's how shares work.

The same way ax1 raves when the US government prints money out of thin air. The exact same way.

Let's see what happens when the promised shares appear. IF they ever appear. Which should be a completely separate and bigger concern for all....

The big difference being that the government are basically themselves the naked shorters and GTII is trying to find a away to hold them accountable for naked shorting them via illegal dillution of their own company.

The point here is, naked shorts have illegally dilluted GTII some 300 million shares and likely more, and the focus shouldnt be the 10% (3.5 to 5 million shares in total depending on the actual LEGAL float) that GTII is going to dillute. There is a point to the restricted dividend in the first place, they cant be replicated while getting a sharecount.

I did call AMC right, it popped from $8 to $70, just saying. Give me that with GTII and Im set for the next couple years. GTC are set this time. Just sayin' LMFAO!
 
Chinese/Hong Kong stocks have been popping like crazy since last Friday, havent traded any though a little busy and not focused to pull the trigger on any of them. Multiple 50-100% runs and much higher.
 
My dividend shares finally shows up on Fidelity. Nothing on Moomoo yet.

Everybody online is saying TD hasnt issued anything out yet, they sure are one of the worst.

horrible and they are gonna charge $25-30 additional, so stupid .. etrade i believe charges too but i havent seen anything yet from them
or atleast with ape/mmat-trch i was charged .. maybe restricted i wont be

i think i bought some after so wanted to make sure im not being cheated.,

couple on stocktwists stated that fidelty didnt give them all teh shares ..so make sure you check on your end as well.

I dont remember the date but you would still need it a couple of days before the cut off date in order for T+2 settlement time....in which TD gave me T+3 anyways on some of my CLNV a while back and screwed me over anyways.

My math looks good on my end, and I did buy some more shares the day or day before the cut off date which I didnt get dividends for as expected but all looks good to me.

If anybody on stocktwits bought GTII the day or a couple of days before the cutoff date they likely are just left out.

Its a part of the process and accumulation of multiple catalysts including the court case in process right now.

Shareintel is tracking what happens with the restricted dividend and how it is still rolling out, all the data and complaints are going onto Wes's desk and anything that comes up will be used in the court case. We dunno if the dividend itself will trigger a squeeze, at least not right away. If you look at a historical example, Overstock issued a dividend, beaten down from $30 to $3 then squeezed to $128, took months.

There are no 300 million fake Guatemalans, the special dividend doesn't cost shorts 60 million, GTII gets diluted for no gain, and you guys are the only ones calling 1-800-Lawyers.

Why do you think 10% dilution is going to destroy the play? AMC dilluted in the single digits way back, far far heavier and it still squeezed to $70. And Im not talking about APE, that was just ridiculous what they did.

GTII has some $350 million bond for the Trento Mining deal locked up, the mine has some valuation of 15 billion. GTII would have about a 40% stake in the mine. At this stage its a speculation bet, but its good to know we have more catalysts that just a squeeze play to give GTII some backbone. 800-LAW hopefully will be done in less that 2 weeks, we will see, if it does GTII has cashflow. I just need this baby to hit $8 a share and Im set, the rest is a lotto play already in profits. No more AMC for me.

And if 'the play' is primarily exposing 300 million naked shorts to force a squeeze, and this special dividend was supposed to be a catalyst.... I'm just not seeing it.

That Jeremy sounds to me like a slick talking snake oil circus-Karny, too, and gives me the creeps.

But heck... I also got conned by Israeli cyber security con men. LOL

They are not diluting the play right now, it will be locked up likely for 6 months or more. The most GTII has dilluted the past have year is 60k shares tops on record from the CEO and thats that, that was done incrementally likely to pay himself something.

Please dont get me into Jeremy, jeeze trying to fuq up my day? LOL
 
So not confirming this is legit but likely true, so far Fidelity customers still have a placeholder which makes sense that I still have a group of numbers in my account. So it sounds like we officially dont hold our restricted shares as of yet, but I could be wrong. Then also, I have talked to agents that seem clueless untill you raise your case level up to a higher agent. We will see.

3-15-2022 AMC announced stake in the Hycroft Mine
AMC becomes a multi day runner and by 3-29-2022 tops at $21.09

I don't think AMC is a good parallel for anyone. And at least they actually own a billion dollars worth of theaters.... not just the phone numbers to call them! 😆🤣

Hycroft at about march 4 2022 it was in the mid .30s before it started pumping likely when AMC started gobbling it up, pumped to about $2.70 by March 15th, then dumped before pumped again over $3 by end of month.

It wouldnt matter what the price is now regardless of what stock you have, there is the pump and then you have to dump, and you either stick around for the swings or move on or at minimum take your profits back if you want to long hold but other than that it doesnt matter what the price is today. That was an incredible money making move that you wont get with your local investment fund manager.

Trento is worth $13 billion, GTII is trying to close on 40% ownership. Again gambling on the close is gambling on speculation it will finalize. And yes, AMC is likely far more valuable than 800-LAW.

Thats if you talk fundamentals, if we get into short squeeze thats another thing.

Its going to likely take time, rumor behind the scenes the next GTII dividend they are going to divy up the lawsuit awards and issue that to shareholders as a payment on the blockchain. And more is coming as well.

$1000 rebate to 800-LAW is another idea that may be ready in the works, each and every share gets a $1000 rebate coupon and any short legal or illegal will be responsible for covering that.

GTII is just going to keep going on and on, just wish I was in before that Warrant storm last year that trigger the $9 pop from 12 cents.

It's that kind of crazy talk that makes me sure this whole thing is a scam.

Honestly, slow down for a moment and actually THINK about what you are saying. ..

300 million GTII shares each get a $1000 coupon? That would have a value of 300 BILLION dollars! And you get that from shorts "legal or illegal"? First, you can't get sh!t from a legal short. That is nonsense scam talk. And illegal shorts you could only get what you win in court, IF you win, and that will NEVER be 300 billion dollars.

When you fall so far into bizarro hype world that they actually get you to believe some of this stuff, it's a bad bad sign.
