Steroids and the military?

So I was planning on doin a test-e cycle soon, but im doin a physical for the marines in 3-4 monthes. Anybody know if they test for steroids at the physical or just other drugs (marijuana, coke, pills, etc.)? I won't be leaving for boot camp for 6+ monthes so I might still do the cycle before if I don't get tested for it. Anybody that knows or has been in the service please give me your input. thanks.

no, they won't test for it. unless you give them a reason to. do not try doing more pullups and pushups than anyone else is doing. if you are going for a clearance (TS or higher) they'll probably find out anyways. if you're going for a TS and you lie about your AAS use, you're screwed.

I would say they wouldn't( I have peed in that cup before...not yours...but one like it), but I would say if your going into the marines you do not need AAS....your going to get plenty big naturally during boot lol. I know my bro will be done with his boot in a week. He has gained I think 15 pounds.

Like suncloud said, they will only test for roids if they have a reason to believe you are juicing. Even that is command directed as steroid tests are fairly expensive. The normal test only consists of things like weed, meth, opiates...

Commanders can request samples be tested for steroids. In this case, the samples are sent to the Olympic testing laboratory at the University of California at Los Angeles.

What? I lost 15 pounds when I went through boot camp. There is no way you can gain weight unless you get put on double rations. You get 3 meals a day and you barely eat it unless you "acquire" some food. The piss test that they give you does not test for steroid. When I was station in Okinawa my friend, got steroid tested twice. We call him Diddy Kong at the gym because hes 5'4 V taperd body and short legs. One of his calves is deformed. The SgtMaj suspected him of using steroids. Both times the test came back negative. No, he doesnt juices...just a genetic freak. Oorah.

Basic evaluations do not consist of a Steroid panel.
And there is NO WAY that you will be able to run a successful cycle in BC.

they won't test for it, but it's a waste of time if you're heading to boot camp not too long from now. just work on your run time, pullups, and situps. if you're in shape when you step on those yellow footprints, that's good enough for government work. the physical part of boot ain't that hard anyway, it's the mental that will get you.
