steroid effectiveness chart

Which prohormones convert to which compounds?

* Here is a list:
4 androstenediol (4AD or 4diol) converts to testosterone
19 nor-4-androstenediol (Nordiol or nordiol) converts to nortestosterone or nandrolone
1 androstenediol (1AD) converts to 1-testosterone (dihydroboldenone)
1,4 androstenedione and 1,4 androstenediol (1,4andro or Boldione) converts to boldenone and slightly converts to estrogen (the diol version does not convert to estrogen)
5 alpha androstenediol (5AA) converts to DHT
3 beta androstenediol (3 beta) converts to DHT
3 alpha androstenediol (3 alpha) converts to DHT
4 hydroxy androstenedione converts to 4 hydroxy testosterone which is an aromatize inhibitor (blocks formation of estrogen)
7-KETO-DHEA does not convert to any active anabolic compounds
1-testosterone (1-test) is already an active compound and does not need to undergo conversion
 
really tren is rated that weak on strength and mass.i have never run it before and I am 5 weeks n2 a test cyp cycle and was considering using it.i am just adding strength and lowering my bf for the most part,sort of a recomp cycle with nice dry keepable gains.i was looking to up my strength here in the last 6 wks of my cycle with 100mg tren ace eod and every1 seems to say it is great for losing bf and making significant strength gains.What do u guys think?

Tren made one of my buddies straight loose his sh*t, and I was there to see it happen... Careful with that stuff bro. He was using tri-tren, with test.
 
really what happened to him? I am going to wait to run the tren but on my next cycle I will probably run 500mg test cypionate a week for 12 weeks and then the last 40 days run the tren at 150mg every other day. I also run igf-1 lr3 at 50mcg with Pegylated MGF at 200mcg for a month then I run ghrp-6 during my month off from the IGF-1 to kickstart my body's GH levels afterwards. So I am constantly cycling the peptides in that manner.I run the lr3 at 50mcg for 5days on and 2days off and I run the PEG MGF at 200mcg every 4 days.Just a little cycle info.
 
great post! And yes just did a cycle of hdrol and it did seem pretty minimal but good none the less...killer back pump on back days tho and all the taurine in the world wont prevent it it seems

Does anyone have experience with AAS and PHs to add PHs to the AAS effectiveness chart for comparison? I'm especially interested in Phera, Havoc, M1T, MHN, and Methyl D.

i think thats his brother, and he's just sticking up for him. im not an internet tough guy, im a dick in real life too. and i've never had my teeth knocked out.
first time for everything though, but i wouldn't/dont expect it.

nice someone took the time, nice opinion, but opinions are like a-holes, everyone has one (like mine is it's stupid) and they all stink.

I love how you can say something like this and think that it's not being sarcastic. Why is it that you feel the need to always act like this? There are countless examples where you've put yourself on a soap box and attack people/comments for no reason other than stroking your own self-inflated ego. There is no reason to be like that.
