Steriods

Make sure your not drinking your cals and one thing that has always helped me when my work gets in the way with timing of meals is intermittent fasting I would give it a shot but you have to be cautious of what you take in with in the 8 hr feeding window eat clean. If your already on a cal deficit could look at doing a refeed once or twice a week

Nope, but there are plenty of threads on here talking about Keto diets.

I'd just Google it. There isn't a bigger fad diet than Keto at the moment. U shouldn't have a problem finding it. I don't normally recommend it but I have to acknowledge that folks with slower metabolisms and potentially messed up hormones seem to respond better to it, especially women in general.

When u get lower bf levels, say 18-22% or so, u could start the Lean Gains diet, which is far more sustainable in ur context than a Keto diet.

Thank you. I hAve been looking most of the night, and I think a keto diet was what I was on before but through a company called ideal protein. It did work wonders, but super quickly. Which was nice. My metabolism is quiet slow so maybe I will retry this. Magdalena sent me some good meal plans and it looks somewhat what a keto diet is so it should help!

Thank you so much

Maddy,

I am a nutritionist! If you really want to cut the weight,

First: Find out your actual Body Fat % and BMI. From that you can figure your daily calorie intake and reduce it.
Second: Eat Clean. My wife is a nurse and I know it can be hard in the hospitals, but we pack meals. Lots of lean meats, turkey, chicken, veggies, brown rice, ect. If you want the results, you gotta work at it.
Third: check out Garcinia Cambogia, Raspberry Keytones, Myoleptin CLA, L-Carnatine, and Green Coffee Been Extract. All of these are used for blocking, breaking down, and burning fat in the body, and they're all natural.
Last and MOST IMPORTANT: Hit the gym with a purpose. and do it often. Don't kill yourself, but you need to get your body composition back into where it should be or (as a nurse you should know) it will cause issues even later down the road.

Check those out and if you need direction on where to get anything, PM me.

I have to disagree on the BMI. According to the BMI chart I'm obese, lol... And I have a 26" waist..
If I was Maddy I would make a chart and simply take measurements once a month to track progress...
:)

Bodyfat percentage isn't important. Well maybe if your an obsessive compulsive self described "bodybuilder" but otherwise it's almost pointless for the average person.

"Obsessive compulsive self described bodybuilder"?
Such kind wards sir!
Sh!t! I better run n check my BF%.....( lol..)..
;)

Unadvised?. By who?, and who? makes the determination as to what is "high"?. Female, Male, body fat percentage doesn't matter much unless the person is wishing to become a bodybuilder or compete in some kind of physique contest.

Yes. Its all subjective and opinionated information!

if you are a beginner the last thing you want to do is use anabolic supplements.... you first off need to clean up your diet, get in at least 4 to 5 workouts each week for 1 hour each day, and do about 40 to 50 minutes of cardio per week or more depending on how fast you really want to shed the body fat.

look into using a more natural supplement such as a thermogenic fat burner to help you get started on the fat loss process.

download an app called my fitness pal to help you keep track of your daily calories and try to stay as close to about 2,000 calories as possible (clean calories... no junk food/soda/etc)

did you just pull that 2000 calorie number out of the air? lol. caloric requirements are gonna be different for everybody based on size and goals.

So I've started the E+C+A stack plus eating well as Magdalena's meal plan a little modified. I did notice at first the heart racing, and the huge amounts of energy.. I started low with dosages and moved my way up to ideal dosage as per recommended. And the gym. So far I feel better.. But haven't noticed much in weight wise..

Weight loss is not easy. So let's see what happens :)

Hello,

I am 26 y/o
196lbs
5'5

I would like to loose approx 40lbs

I have always battled weight gain, i tend to retain water a lot.

I am back into working out... But am looking for a maybe a supplement or anything of the sort to help me shred weight quickly..

Does anyone have any suggestions??

If your turning to steroids to lose 40 lbs I would suggest waiting till you've lost 20 to jump on. More effective to use them while reverse dieting aswell as the tail end of the cut. Basically at the 2 to 4 week mark. Reverse dieting while in pct results in sadness!

Thank you!!!

I would also like to make sure you are part of reality when you begin.

You say you have always battled weight gain but it is more likely a fork to mouth problem vs a genetic /physiological problem. Control that and you will win every time. Steroids are a serious step and if you took a break and are just coming back in I would wait.

They are not to be taken lightly. The cardiac effects are not reversed even though the hormonal ones are.

Stay informed be curious and be careful when it comes to the anabolic side of bodybuilding!
