Nope, but there are plenty of threads on here talking about Keto diets.
I'd just Google it. There isn't a bigger fad diet than Keto at the moment. U shouldn't have a problem finding it. I don't normally recommend it but I have to acknowledge that folks with slower metabolisms and potentially messed up hormones seem to respond better to it, especially women in general.
When u get lower bf levels, say 18-22% or so, u could start the Lean Gains diet, which is far more sustainable in ur context than a Keto diet.

It works bro
Maddy, I am a nutritionist! If you really want to cut the weight, First: Find out your actual Body Fat % and BMI. From that you can figure your daily calorie intake and reduce it. Second: Eat Clean. My wife is a nurse and I know it can be hard in the hospitals, but we pack meals. Lots of lean meats, turkey, chicken, veggies, brown rice, ect. If you want the results, you gotta work at it. Third: check out Garcinia Cambogia, Raspberry Keytones, Myoleptin CLA, L-Carnatine, and Green Coffee Been Extract. All of these are used for blocking, breaking down, and burning fat in the body, and they're all natural. Last and MOST IMPORTANT: Hit the gym with a purpose. and do it often. Don't kill yourself, but you need to get your body composition back into where it should be or (as a nurse you should know) it will cause issues even later down the road. Check those out and if you need direction on where to get anything, PM me.
What's it called?
Sounds like a product developed by a mentally challenged individual.
Bodyfat percentage isn't important. Well maybe if your an obsessive compulsive self described "bodybuilder" but otherwise it's almost pointless for the average person.
Not if your on a tren cyclelol
Who cares?.
Unadvised?. By who?, and who? makes the determination as to what is "high"?. Female, Male, body fat percentage doesn't matter much unless the person is wishing to become a bodybuilder or compete in some kind of physique contest.
This was before we found out it was a girl! And this is in the anabolic section and its unadvised to run AAS while having a high bodyfat %.
Honestly I am super impressed with everyone on here. Thanks for all the advice and feedback!!
Everyone on here needs AM T-shirts so we know who are fellow subscribers are in public.
Hello,
I am 26 y/o
196lbs
5'5
I would like to loose approx 40lbs
I have always battled weight gain, i tend to retain water a lot.
I am back into working out... But am looking for a maybe a supplement or anything of the sort to help me shred weight quickly..
Does anyone have any suggestions??
If your turning to steroids to lose 40 lbs I would suggest waiting till you've lost 20 to jump on. More effective to use them while reverse dieting aswell as the tail end of the cut. Basically at the 2 to 4 week mark. Reverse dieting while in pct results in sadness!
Thank you!!!
