Staring 2015 Off Right With PX White XT & ALC/CLA.........

I made pancakes last Sunday with Met-RX Pancake Mix...Very Good wife even liked them !!
 
Nutritional Info

Serving size: 2 Scoops (makes about 3 pancakes)

Amount Per Serving: Calories 190, Calories from Fat 25, Total Fat 2.5g, Saturated Fat 2g, Trans Fat 0g, Cholesterol <5mg, Sodium 560mg, Potassium 160mg, Total Carbohydrate 33g, Dietary Fiber 3g, Sugars 8g, Protein 12g. Vitamin A, Calcium, Thiamin, Niacin, Magnesium.

Yeah that's not for me.
To many carbs for to few pancakes.

I like 8-10 pancakes with maybe 5-6g carbs.
 
I cant mention names or brands outside of finaflex... however there is a brand that makes a brown sugar maple flavored protein that works awesome for this kind of cooking and the taste is out of this world.
I like to make crème cakes with it..
I think its like:
1 TBSN of hvy crème
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 scoop of protein.
microwave it for 1:30 in a bowl ... heaven.

I've never understood why someone would want to give out fruitcakes around the holidays. I'd much rather have a hug or handshake. Lol

That's what I was thinking of Rocket. They ran a special about a year ago to guess the new flavor. I dunno why I thought PES...

Like Wasme said, we don't have a protein. yet.

Yeah protein is high cost, low return and a huge competition base. But that doesn't mean that some day....
 
PM cardio and squats went and felt great last night.

I've decided to stay off the scale so I don't constantly mess with my Marcos to stay over 200 and the way I'm feeling, looking and how easy pullups are I feel I'm around 190-195. That's just bases off how I always feel and perform at that weight.
10 pullups is good at 200 but now I'm able to hit 15-20 and that usually means 190-195.
Won't get on the scale until I post a mid log review with pics.
Really looking forward to these next 4-5 weeks and if all goes well FINAFLEX will have some killer before and afters for PX White and CLA/ALC.

My body and most of all my MIND is on KILL.
I'm focused on the task at hand and won't let any BS get in my way of reaching my goals.
Diet is consistant and in a few weeks I'll need to start dialing/fine tuning it in because the leaner you get the more dialed your diet needs to be.

So yesterday I did AM cardio, PM cardio plus a nice bench session.
Cardio seem to take forever because I can't get myself to stop. Lol damn PX White just keeps me peddling and peddling.
Going to do the same workout again this evening because my chest still feels fresh and I'll SS every set with some bro work too. Since my chest feels fresh I'll start this session off by killing triceps first so my chest has to do more work.
After I need to do some foam rolling since my back seems a little tight for some reason.

I'm having the same "problem" with this PX White. I just can't get enough cardio or whatever once I start. Is that a side affect people should be warned about? :)
 
Definitely not a bad side effect. It's awesome!
Unless your trying to get other stuff done.
Since starting PX White my evenings get longer and longer due to me spending more and more time doing cardio and lifting.
PX White is for sures a supp I'll be buying down the road.

I've almost done that double dose 3-4 times but I'm glad I catch myself before I toss them back.
I'm sure I'd be a jittery mess with a stim headache, but I'm down to try it. lol
Since this is just a 45 day log I'll end up trying a double dose in the am just to let people know what to expect and for my own experiment. I'll do this on day 46.

I've been tempted, but if hate to turn a good feeling into a 6 hour damn-I-wish-I-didn't-do-that feeling.

If you get tempted, I'd recommend putting two caps into some sort of fluid and drinking 3/4 and see how that feels first.

That said, FINAFLEX recommends sticking to the dosing recommendations on the bottle. :)

Not that I would ever recommend this sorta thing .... but it would be interesting. You'd probably go into chemically induced time travel or some sort of transdimentional shift .... better call the funky haired dude from Ancient Aliens first .... I'm sure he'd be interested ;)
 
Carbed up last night. Around 600g so pretty tame. All cereal, dried banana, and rice rollers. Simple, clean, and easy. Not one thing was cooked and it all went down in about 2hrs right after dinner and right before bed. Slept like a baby other than being woke up with some leg cramps from the carbs.

This morning
10min LISS, 10rds of HIIT, and then 10min LISS.
About to KILL DEADS then rest up until Monday evening.

Next week I'll weigh in and post progress pics.
 
Rice rollers? Is that like sushi without the fish?
