Cool I'm done next week too. Next week makes it almost exactly 45 days. Plus I need to give myself another week to slowly tapper downnthe carbs and tighten up as much as possible.

Jumped on the scale and I'm 226.
That's 13lbs up from my carbed up weight and 29lbs up from my depleted weight.
I'll drop 10-12lbs of water by Friday and hope to be a solid 210-215 depleted. That would put me at 13-18lbs up since the start of this log.
Fingers are crossed I'll look leaner and I know I will. Lol
Guess this run went from a cut to a recomp and both seem successful. Pics will tell/show the whole story though.

It's been a fun journey and 1 I wish I'd started earlier in life or never had to take if I didn't allow myself to so damn OBEAST.
Hind sight is 20/20 and I'm probably a better person going from super fat to not that fat because I know how the grass is on both sides of the fence.

Well I'm still alive and kicking....

Jumped on the scale this morning and I'm up 20lbs from the start of this log and most of that 20lbs looks to be quality weight and not much fat.
Snapped some pics this morning but I'll be resting these next couple days because I usually look better after a few days of rest or active rest.
Just need to upload them to PB then I'll post them up here.

I now have cross veins in my biceps and my triceps are really popping now too.
Also have some veins showing up in my upper chest shoulder area too.
Quads get vascular as hell too.

By Sunday/Monday I should appear leaner too since I feel I'm still holding onto some water that needs to be dropped

Here in CA it goes from being 45-50 to 70-80 and when I was in LA for that expo it was nice and sunny.
