Staring 2015 Off Right With PX White XT & ALC/CLA.........

Ermagerd, all that food.

Deep fired cheese, eh? My wife is gonna love that.
The bacon fat isn't needed since cheese has plenty of fat to fry by itself but bacon fat just makes everything better just like this bacon fat salad I make.
It's just cabbage, broccoli, half pound bacon and all its grease as a dressing.

Thursday

Fasted AM cardio with a little bi/tri pump after.

Did a bunch of walking up and down rows of trees while at work yesterday and I decided to take the evening completely off and just rested up.

Really enjoying the energy and mood enhancement that PX White gives me and now that I'm taking a good amount of CLA/ALC I should be able to comment on that soon.
 
First 5 days in and I'm already noticing a tighter leaner appearing mid section and chest and the thermo effect brings the veins up making me more vascular threwout the day. The thermo effect is pretty strong for me and any exerted energy ends up making me sweat. Appetite suppression is another area PX White really shines. Not once this week have I felt the urge to have lunch and I usually don't eat lunch but know I've completly forgot about it and actually have to remind myself to take my 2nd dose of PX White and CLA/ALC because time is just flying buy during the day

Dropped 10lbs of water in 5 days and I know I said I was going to go 14 days LC but I think I'll have a mini carb up on Sunday with 300g carbs max.
That 300g works out to be 12 tacos, 1pk TJ Just Banana Flattened, and 3 servings of cereal.
I'll keep Sunday within my normal cal range by removing 1200-1500 cals from fats and replace them with 1200 cals from carbs. Carbs will come right after a full body session Sunday evening.
 
Making me miss my PX White... One more week.

It just works for my work day.
I'm always out working in the field fixing tractors and other equipment so lunch is often skipped so now I just don't even bother taking the time to make myself lunch.
During the weekend I just eat lunch and dinner.
 
Second dose of the day down and I'm 3hrs away from a sick bench session.
Legs are toast so I'm glad today is all upper body work.

This weekend will be all about rest and recovery.

I have a couple bottles of PX White, but every time I finish a tub of STIMUL8 I try and take a small stim break. Usually 2 weeks minimum, but I'll probably start back next week. It's harder for me to take stim breaks in the winter.

I think 4 bottles should be good. It's the maximum recommended amount for th max rec dosing. I have 4 of those as well, and will probably start that in he next week or two ( I weigh between 210-220). I'm thinking that's going to push me over 300 on bench.

Started the day out wanting In n Out but by the time dinner rolled around I wanted this.
1 full rack of ribs, 8oz brisket, 4oz pulled pork, 4oz chicken, pickles, and a cup of green beans with bacon.

1.5 scoops, 2 whole eggs, backing powder, and almond milk to get the right consistency. Lightly butter your pan and its game time.

Had 4 different drinks and all tasted great and have things moving this morning.
 
Ended up eating way more than needed because I was tanked during my full body session.
Ended up around 1000g carbs.
Had 2 boxes of cereal and a bunch of dried banana.
 
Making me hungry looking at all that food porn...
 
Back up to 213 after all the food that was had this weekend.
I'm guessing I'll drop around 5lbs today and another 8 threwout the week.
Mirror didn't look to bad this morning and seems like my muscles stored more than my fat cells. :)
Woke up downed my preWO and PX White then did a 2min warm up 18rds of 15/45 HIIT with a 20min cool down then hit shoulders, bis, and tris.
 
Another killer start to my week.
Monday went great.
Ended up dropping 7lbs of water/crap yesterday so off to a great start.

Energy is as smooth and useable as ever.

Evening session was SQUATS, SQUATS, and more SQUATS.

This stack of PX White and CLA/ALC with a good preWO makes for some of the best sessions ever. If I don't watch the time I'd end up lifting for 3-4hrs because a 2hr session is nothing for this stack and a preWO.

Today is just cardio and bro day.

200-220g Protein
180-200g Fat
 
2, 3, 4 hours.... marathon sessions..
I'll probably hit a marathon session this weekend as long as my GF doesn't come up with something else to do.
Kinda want to make this a ME weekend and have a killer session Sunday followed by a homemade fired pizza and some cookies. Just need to be left alone so I have the time.
