Hey all, currently I'm taking the following.

Morning: 2 scoops of cytogainer
1 Animal Pak
2 pink magic

Midday: 2 scoops cytogainer
2 pink magic

preworkout: 1.5 scoops jack3d

postworkout: used to be extend, but need help looking for something else

Before Bed: 1 scoop of casein

I'm trying to gain mass at the moment, any tips are appreciated:veryhappy:

To gain mass, you really only need to be using the Invalid Link Removed - creatine, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, and Invalid Link Removed.

If you want to Invalid Link Removed, then you need to look FIRST at your NUTRITION though, and Invalid Link Removed - otherwise you're just wasting your time. You need to eat to make gains, period!

You also need to look at your training and have an appropriate training programme for gaining mass. Check out the article Invalid Link Removed for comprehensive information on how you should be training and how to set up a mass building training programme.

My other recommendation to you would be to get a trainer who know what they're doing - if you haven't already (and if you have, then they should have given you information on nutrition, supplements, and training already, and if you have to ask elsewhere, then they are not the trainer for you) - and have them design you an individualized nutrition plan and training programme specific to YOU for your goals and needs.

I'd stick with homemade weightgainer (whey, oats, olive oils, etc etc) to get some good carbs and fats. Get some good creatine I'd go with Creapure by PP just keep it simple with mono, also a good price.
