Stacking Need2Slin and Need2Slin Post-Workout

Best time for refilling muscle glycogen is post workout, where your body natuarlly partitions food/glucose to muscle versus fat. Using Need2Slin, you can increase the effect at this time. I'm not sure about "super saturating" the muscle, but there seems to be some anecdotal evidence that it's possible (i.e. food pumps).

The other best time would be if you're using Intermittent Fasting and you take the Need2Slin prior to your fast breaking meal, it would have similar types of effects then, and can also result in "food pumps" that may be muscle glycogen super saturation.

yeah milas, that's a great.. Your a genius... :hail:

What are your primary carbohydrate sources on workout and non-workout days? Do you consider vegetables as carbs?

Workout days I will take in between 200-250g carbs usually and it can be from a variety of things like oats, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc.

Non-workout days my Carb sources are limited to mostly vegetables with usually a 1/2 cup of white or brown rice with my first and/or last meals.

On the surface, this is a simple question as fruits (fructose) always have a tendency to fill liver glycogen first however in reality it's a loaded one. The body is a much more complicated dynamic and constantly in flux mode than this over-simplified statement describes. There are so many variables at play in "muscle" glycogen synthesis; all you can hope for is to intelligently attempt to manipulate things in a favorable direction for you.

Remember that everyone is unique and there will never be a one size fits all instruction book prescribing x-amount of y-type of carbs for z-type preferential muscle specific glycogen loading.

Much of this is also largely detemined by your overall glucose intolerance and I imagine why you "feel" so good on lower carbs (I do as well) while most "need" carbs to avoid feeling like crap. Welcome to the pain the azz world of bodybuilding and figuring out what works for you. Good luck and enjoy the ride. ;)

So if I eat an apple or some berries, it will do nothing for my muscle glycogen? What is the difference between liver glycogen and muscle glycogen? Do other organs have glycogen stores?

Pretty sure Rick is going to be doing this when he does his anabeta run in a bit.
The reason I ask is because I would like to try Anabeta. I already take Need2Slin and like how it works, but Anabeta seems to have some food partitioning effect similar to Need2Slin. So I am not sure if it is a good idea to stack the two together.

Have you guys tried stacking Need2Slin with Anabeta? Is it a good idea to stack the two?

I have been doing AnaBeta and Need2slin together for about a week and a half now. I can honestly tell you that there is a very synergistic effect between the two of them. AnaBeta does seem to have some partitioning effect along with the Need2slin, and it has been great. I have been doing 1 cap of Need2slin with 1 cap AnaBeta preworkout, 1 cap Need2slin with 2 caps AnaBeta with fast breaking meal (postworkout), and 1 cap Need2slin and 1 cap AnaBeta with last meal. I am absolutely loving the effects so far. It is still early as I'm only in the 2nd week, but I am much fuller and have maintained the same leanness, if not a little leaner all while taking in more cals. So I think because of the extra partitioning in AnaBeta it has helped quite a bit.

Great info here my friend. I honestly can't think of ANYTHING n2slin wouldn't work well with, lol.

That is great news, because I do not want to give up Need2Slin. I have not been using it for a long time, but I can already see that it works.

Need2slin works with just about anything man. I stay on it all the time, and don't come off of it. It has many health benefits to go along with its nutrient partitioning.

Do you keep taking 1 capsule of Need2Slin with Anabeta or have you increased it to 2 capsules? And how do you like Anabeta thus far?

I'm still doing 3 caps of Need2slin spread out through the day and have been for a while. AnaBeta is great so far. In my 2nd week and I'm more full, and strength is up some. So far, so good!

How are you dosing Anabeta? Are you planing on running it for 4 weeks or longer?

I'm doing 4 caps a day of AnaBeta. 1 preworkout, 2 with first meal (fast breaker), and 1 with the last meal.

I have 2 bottles so I'm going to run it about 8 weeks
