When taking Forskolin-95 along with my Intimidate SRT/Trop XP stack, how should I incorporate the Forskolin throughout the day?

With Intimidate SRT I would run it maybe 8 weeks or so. I've never ran Trop XP yet. Forskolin maybe 50mg-100 mg per day. I usually just did 1 pop in the morning and another in the evening. Just watch your G.I. tract.

i would add 1 dose for sure of forskolin, maybe 2.

would dose them

Forskolin 1 cap 30 mins before meal with plenty of water
Tropinol XP 4 pre workout
SRT 1 pre bed

Tropinol XP non workout days 2 AM/2 PM
Forskolin 1 cap 30 mins before meal with plenty of water
SRT 1 pre bed

cant wait to see how u like the combo, would love to hear your feed back when you're done.

Would be glad to log this, I'm running SRT solo right now for 2 weeks now. Trop XP and Forskolin-95 should be here by the end of the week. I'll start the log as soon as they get here. Thanks for the dosage help!

Solid advice in this thread. Tropinol XP already contains some forskolin so I would separate the dose(s) of F-95(1-2x per day) from when you take your Tropinol XP during the day.

this is a sick stack.. if your guts start hurting you will know you've reached your limit to the forskilin. back her down if necessary. for me tho that little bit wouldn't bother my iron gutz at all.

Already some good advice in the above posts, I am confident you will see great results using Intimidate SRT and Tropinol XP. Enjoy the gains.

Looks like a solid stack!

My only concern or suggestion w/ Forskolin is using lower extract %, like 20% and some 50%, where I developed some GI discomfort. But when using 95% @ 100mg/day I had no issues. Seems like Forskolin-95 has that covered. Looks solid!

Exactly this - and please be sure to give us feedback on the stack!

Curious to see how you like it. Be sure to let us know when you start your log!

With a solid dose of forskollin in tropinol xp, I'd start low with the other to avoid any nasty GI sides from overdose.

Forskolin is staple for me primarily because it lowers my BP. I've wanted to try Forskolin 95 but was concerned that it's not standardized.

tropinol and intimidate should be awesome together.....increase the test, pumps, and get amazing sleep, i'd imagine a nice recomp effect

Blood pressure? Really? What dose.

My BP is not particularly high about 135/70 or so. My diastolic is always fine. I take 250mg of Forskolin standardized @ 10% at noon and again about 5:00 PM and my systolic stays in the lower 120's. It's usually fine in the morning. It's the best thing I've found thus far. It also has other health benefits.

Is there science for this, or just your experience?

There is quite a bit science in this area. Excerpt from WebMd:

Forskolin works on muscles in the heart and in the walls of the blood vessels. It produces a more powerful heartbeat and widening of the blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure.

Also a warning:

Taking forskolin with medication for high blood pressure might cause your blood pressure to go too low. Don't use forskolin if you are taking high blood pressure medications.
