Just took erase gonna eata little then off to bed. Hot to get some good rest for tomorrow. Going to hit legs probably will be sore.

Yep. Erase 3x a day TOPS. Can go down to 2 but if you can handle 3 then stick with it. Can take two or three at a time if necessary.

You can do two Anabeta with breakfast and two at lunch if this helps with convenience. But make sure you have a good amount of carbs with those meals.

I find Anabeta to be very effective as a nutrient partitioner. So effective I feel my blood sugar lower if taking two caps at once, which is why I recommend taking it with sufficient carbs.

I have been taking Anabeta preworkout and having some issues with nausea. I thought it was the Intraworkout I was taking but today i only had water during. So maybe it's the preworkout or lack of carbs before workout. So I will only take Anabeta with carb meals. Should I use erase before workouts or a certain time wore eating?

I definitely like to take Anabeta with my carb meals, and like I said I find it very powerful as a nutrient partitioner and one at a time is sufficient for me.

Much better this morning no sick feeling. 3 erase 1 Anabeta 6am 20 min later power bites took 2 agmatine and hyper fx preworkout at 745am. Intr workout was fine this morning

Got home late and caused me to not get to the gym. Wife went so at least one of us made it. Kids were a bear this morning so had to make due. Lots of things to do today as well so my excuse list is plenty long.


2 Anabeta and 2 erase lunch time with turkey and wheat sub 3/4 foot long. 2 Anabeta with dinner -salad, rice beans and tilapia.

Friday workout legs and abs. Squats, leg curls, leg raises, side bends, crunches.


Saturday workout chest an shoulders


So now sunday and feeling the legs and shoulders. Saturday shoulder presses were good, trying to go at least 4 sets from now on, 5&6 sometimes. Hit some good reps on legs nothing crazy on weight.

I got a new bottle of Creatine HCL and next few workouts are going to be intense. Hopefully work doesn't interfere this week, I am suppose to be getting out on my own. I have been training since January and crossing my fingers that they hook me up with tech pay and I get out I my own.

Weight has changed from 184 to 191.3 and pants are snug(which sucks but I will work on waist) oh side effects were the nausea- which I found Anabeta to strong to take on an empty stomach preworkout. Another side effect would be constipation - if that is what "drying out" is then...
I drink hella water so not sure the deal with that.
I've been wanting to eat a lot more so my appetite is getting bigger.
Since I switch Anabeta dosing time I have felt much better and feel like the rush of nutrients zing through me is pretty cool. I notice my veins swollen and skin is tight. Very positive
 
21 days in and I think I found my sweet spot for dosing.

1 anabeta post workout with Greek yogurt, banana, 20g protein power bites

3 anabeta with brunch - potatoes, pancake, scrambled eggs, boiled egg, banana, biscuit and gravy 2 glass orange juice

Reaching pocket found that I only took one with breakfast so I tried to pile on the carbs for second meal in 2 hours. Could be goo explanation why waist size and weight is increasing.

20min after taking anabeta with high carb meal. Will post in 20-30 min to follow up, to see how it effects. I didn't work arms today so vascularity will not be as evident, however if all is good I should show some effects.

Stayed up hoping for some night "cardio" but got denied.

Had a late dinner too. Large sales and cup of cottage cheese. Not much to it, kinda lazy and didn't want to make anything.

Weight at 193.4 I am just going up.... Wasn't expecting such a change I have been eating much more so I am sure that is also making the gains that much more.

Made it a quick one felt very strong this morning but tired. Right now my left shoulder is bothering me I think that bench press got me today. Stupid pains I should have used smith machine.
 
Weigh in 191.7, 7lbs up from my beginning weight. Feeling good except for the shoulder, I must over compensate. Not sure why, I am right handed and that arm should be just as strong. It seems to always be the left shoulder, it will be normal in a couple of days.


Sticking with the 3 erase upon waking and 2/2 for the anabeta durning the days. I haven't had a stomach issue since I switched, from taking preworkout with no food, and feel that I am getting somewhere now. Today is an off day and should have a solid couple of workouts this weekend.

Well the job thing is very aggravating, found out they still keeping me on training pay. Pissed I am I guess I have a job so I have to deal with it. Ore about this later, going to kill the weight tomorrow. Should be a good release. I might go tonight if the wife ain't going to get frisky.

Glad to see the new dosing protocol is working. I truly believe Anacyclus Pyrethrum, in Anabeta dosing amounts, has nutrient partitioning effects (not just glucose disposal), which is why taking with food really brings out the pump and vascularity.

Also if your shoulder keeps acting up pick up some Super Cissus.

Thanks a lot I have been trying to eat more and better do I can get some mass on these bones.

Looks like I will be moving up in the lifting world, gonna get a golds gym membership. They have child care so I will be able to take kids, not to mention they have less rules and better equipment compared to planet fitness where I currently a member of.

Wow how time flies, just looked in the bottles and I only have one day left of Anabeta and two days of Erase. I do have about 16caps of Agmatine left, only because I do not dose it the same everyday.
