I like the formulation, I'm thinking it should be good along with the intermittent fasting. If I was a littler leaner to start with I'd use eviscerate with it. But I'm too chubby still.

Easy, do you work your shoulders regularly? I dont see any shoulder work lately, definitely helps give the W-I-D-E look.

Dont worry about the Inc fail, saw a young teen miss the re-rack on benching and dropped the bar on him and then the wts falling off . . . fortunately he only had 10lbs on each side. For sure it is worse getting a FAIL with a 65lb bench press ;)

No shoulder work, mostly because of my shoulder issues. besides the partial tendon tear, there is some impingement and I forget what else. Overall my chiropractor suggests I avoid shoulder work, or at least all that has elbows go higher than shoulders

yesterday did back and caving in to peer pressure some shoulder work

behind neck pulldowns 140x12 140x10 140x9 140x8
behind back upright rows on smith - 70x12 70x12 70x12 70x11
hammer high rows 90x15 140x12 140x10 140x10
military press 65x15 65x15 65x14 65x13 - ok really low weight, but i'm cautious about my shoulder. this was down to hitting chest at least
hammer low rows 180x9 180x10 180x9 180x7

was a nice workout, ended up stopping there because my forearms were so pumped I didn't feel like I could manage to do arms
