Thanks bro! Feeling stronger on that shoulder press, it always used to bug my shoulders. Felt a bit of pain on the last 2 sets of lateral raises though. Off day today, have some yard work to do at the rents. And legs tomorrow, and I'll probably take Saturday off and hit chest Sunday after the tigers game.

What kind of shoulder press is that? Barbell, smith, plate loaded leverage machine, cable pulley machine? Just wondering
 
I might go back to a push/pull/legs plan, because i would like to hit everything or almost everything twice a week for max growth potential.

As long as you feel you'll have adequate recovery. It may not actually be optimal for muscle growth

Versa-1 is treating me nicely, my 8 week run is about to be over though. I have 2 bottles of anabeta on the way though. I've definitely had decreased soreness from Versa.

And Alphamine was a pretty good supp for cutting. I stopped it a couple of weeks ago, so I have a bit left for when I cut again.

Not too bad. Hoping to see a difference in next weeks pictures. Anabeta should be showing up today. Need to get some protein other than chicken, it's getting old. Haha.

pork tenderloin is just as good macro wise and is delicious!

I'm back! Yeah I loved my Versa run. It is a product you really have to understand to tell it's working.

Next run stack the Anabeta and Versa-1 together.

There he is! How was vacation bud? And I will be able to run 4 weeks of Versa with my last 4 weeks of anabeta I think.
 
Everything was great, until I lost my 1 carat diamond wedding band. $3k down the drain :(

Damn dude! That's why I bought a $50 tungsten band. Lol
