Sorry about the board problems

Actually, it might be up tonight. The new version for 3.5 is supposed to be out today/tonight.
 
I'm having to log in every time I visit the board. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Weird. Try deleting all your cookies, login again then see if that helps.

Some very exciting 'looking' new editting options/formats and such...probably even useful when I figure out WTF I'm doing. Odd thing I noticed, that when I generate a new post, and then click on the new posts link...it is not queued as new.

I figured it out, it allows you to manage an individual post instead of the whole thread. Pretty nice.:woohoo:
 
Seems as though I can see "new posts" when they are others new posts...not my own. For instance when I made my previous post above and checked for new posts it did not come back. But when ryan posted and I later checked new posts it did...hmmm

Its all based on what you have viewed/posted.

I'm suire there is a way to modify it, but there are so amyn other things I have to work on, mainly the global.php error causing the homepage to have an error.

holy shitballs. this is some state of the art ****. i thought it was screwing up on me or something. i would post and it would disappear from new posts then reappear later. now, me understands it. :blink:
 
This isn't really a problem, but I just noticed that the new posts search only shows 25 posts rather than 50 like before.

Good job w/ the upgrades Bobo, I think I just might like it...lol.

I've got a subscriber issue- although my personal settings indicate I get e-mail notification for new posts to subscribed threads (as alwys), I am not actually getting e-mail notifications any more. Is that a cookie thing ??? Thanks if anyone knows!

You know the BR command in html...? Well, I have to use that in order to make breaks in lines...paragraphs, etc.

I tried to show you what I mean, but, every time I type anything similar to the command, it just disappears.

I am having trouble directing my e-mail notifications into my inbox instead of my junk mail folder. Can you list the e-mail addy of the thread subscription notification so I can add it manually to my safe list.
 
Just add the domain name.
 
I noticed that "Display Age and DOB" and "Display age only" in the profile menu do not actually display them when selected. I always enjoy knowing the age of those whom I engage in conversation.
