I got a wife that feeds me really well so i have that small advantage over SWG.

Yeah i do all the cooking, its a good thing my gf is good in many other areas. Im getting pissed at the roomates ive spent over 230$ on food in two weeks and when i cook 3-4 porkchops, chicken breast or steaks they eat them instead off cooking. Then when they cook they cook enough to eat one meal. PLUS ITS MY FOOD THEY ARE COOKING. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFKKKKKKKK.

I make extra everytime and when they cook its just for them. They do bake in large batches in case i want to eat a crap load of cookies and muffins gggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. :rant:

My wife is a good cook too but i barely see her throughout the week. She works days I work nights. LoL Only time I get to see her for an extended amout of time is weekends when i get to spank her hahahhahahahh LOL....:laugh:

Sweet Avi by the way. I'll have to say that my #1 was The Ultimate Warrior and Hulk was a very, very close second. I went to the Wrestle Mania where the two fought, that had to have been one of the most traumatic events of my young life at the time. The second greatest traumatic event was when Hulk fought Macho Man, when Macho Man was with Scary Sherry, and one of the most memorable events was when Bret The Hitman Heart won the Royal Rumble. That shite was insane.
 
I take that back, the most traumatic event was when the Undertaker first locked Warrior in a coffin, that freaked me out.

So after a rest day i did chest and bi's

Flat dumbell press: 40x12, 80x10, 100x10, 120x4
Incline smith with rest pause on last set: 155x10, 175x10, 195x10 ... x6..x5
Cable crossovers fst-7 style all sets to 10: 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60

Standing alt dumbel hammer curl: 35x10, 40x10, 45x8
Fst-7 seated machine preacher curls all sets to 10: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65

Retarded pumps, just stupid especially in the bi;s and the lactic acid was intense. I did not feel very strong today and i will get back to eating more meat and see if that clears up the fatigue and weakness i have felt lately. No vids today.

Legs

Barbell squats: 135x12, 185x10, 225x10, 265x6 <---- VIDS
Hack squat macine: 180x10, 230x10, 270x10, 320x10, 180x20
Lying leg curl: 50x10, 70x10, 90x8, 50x10
Fst-7 Leg ext: 210x10, 195x10, 180x9, 150x9, 120x9, 120x8, 90x8
Seated calf raise super set with leg press calf raise: 100x10-180x10, 125x10-270x10, 145x10-360x10

Done in just under 2 hours from arrival to departure. Stupid pumps, utterly rediculous quad, ham and calf pumps. It was one of those walk like your on stilts days where you are afraid to bend your leg and buckle. The fst-7 quad ext were unbelievably painful and it was lactic acid overload, i liked it. I added 10 pounds and a rep to my squat since last week. I am feeling more stable, comfortable and have more drive with different shoes and of course cause i am making progress.

I did , the only reason i hesitated is cause i was too mad and they are chicks. Both in university one is almost a full fledged doctor and another is taking some kind of forestry and i guess they didnt cover the section about food replacing and cooking instead of only eating others cooking. Book smarts but no real concept for replacing what you take and other real word skills like give and get.

Should be pretty easy since they are chicks... just explain how important the protein is for your diet. Say you're happy to cook for them, but would just appreciate the reciprocity... and for them to pitch in when you go to the market.

I think i will skip shoulders and tris this week since i have a full plate with my job prospects and my son. I had such aching, sore and devastated rear delts and upper back that my back workout really suffered. Id rather throw a rear delt movement after back on monday. Have a great weekend bro.

Hammer strength incline press: 110x12, 200x10, 270x7 rest pause 270x4 rest pause x2 drop set x2.
Weighted dips: bodyx12, 45x10, 70x10, 90x6 <--- we did this for suncloud.
Seated flyes fst-7 style: 245x10, 235x10, 225x8, 205x8, 185x8, 165x8, 145x8

Biceps

Standing barbell curl: 95x10, 85x10, 95x10, 105x9 EDIT:FIXED.
Fst-7 standing double bi's on the high cable: 35x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x10, 55x10, 60x10, 65x8

This was on tues day and today my front delts are OBLITERATED along with my inner chest and a little bit of my upper chest. I have trouble with this particular hammer strength machine as its almost all front delts when i use it so this time i changed my grip and it felt better but the soreness is mostly front delts. I doubled my weighted dips weight from last time we did them and got a solid and deep 6 reps so that was ballerific. Punthra did the 120 dumbell for a triple. I need to work on better chest activation as it seems my shoulders assist the lifts too much and on the flyes it was really hard to not use my shoulders.

Seated closegrip row machine: 160x10, 210x10, 260x10
Fst-7 Seated closegrip pulldown: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10, 130x10, 110x10, 90x10, 90x10

Seated two handed dumbell french press: 60x10, 90x10, 110x10, 120x6
Fst-7 Standing tricep pressdown: 70x10, 80x10, 90x10, 100x10, 110x10, 120x10, 140x10

My tris were strong but around rep 6 of the pressdowns the contraction bordered on a cramp. I really felt the closegrip pulldowns where i need them so i kept the weight low and focused on a solid contraction instead of going up since my form invariably suffers when i do so. I am stoked to do 385 for a single and with my belt i would have attacked the weight for a double. If i was doing some core work i think my deads would improve along with most other movements. I need to remember to start doing planks again. Its leg day tommorow and hopefully my lower back pain doesnt hinder tommorows workout too much but i have a feeling it will. I keep forgetting my camera for those following i will get some vids going again!!

hey, i kind of did something a little different today as i was feeling pretty strong. You can either do what i did today, stick to the program or do your own thing. The numbers were awesome today and i'm sure we'll rip up shoulders and tris tomorrow. i'm kind of giddy about going in tomorrow.
 
I miss your video log as well. You need to get it going again.....perhaps a training reunion.

Yeah i will, im going to have to throw down a workout at the aquatic center tho since im at work till midnight. they only go up to 80's or 90's with one bench. Ill get er done.

Also i tweaked my right shoulder at rugby around canada day and its been getting better. I hope its a non issue after tonight.
