Ive been moving and well its a celebration bitchez. And by that i mean it sucks cause this gym routine has been pretty killer since im not on any "crazy" supps or the "next big" hormone or combo of old ones.

I purchased a tenderloin strip butchered it into 15 steaks approx 1" thick. Got a striploin pork and cut that baby into 18 1" thick steaks as well. Got a Inside round beef roast i will slow cook with some carrots and yukon gold taters.
In the place in at now there are two university students so
a) its dirt cheap split up for bills and rent and
b) there will always be someone cooking somthing that i can eat.

Close grip pulldowns: 120x12, 140x10, 160x10, 180x10, 200x10 - should have started higher!
Barbell deads: 135x12, 225x5, 295x5 *Vid, 335x4 (thought it was 5 FK)355x2 *Vid, Widowmaker ala TL-TG 225x18 *Vid
T-bar rows: 90x12, 115x10, 140x10, 165x8 *Vid ( i think)
Standing one arm cable rows: 70x10, 80x10, 90x10

Weight 193.4

I didnt eat much today but have grown leaps and bounds in the last few months just getting into the swing now.
This was my third deadlift day in atleast 9 months so that considered 355x2 is sweet.
My last dead day i did 315 for 4 but i was not going to 5, it was more like 225x10, 275x8-10 then 315 for 4.

After i get the net set up ill throw the Vids on from today, peace out.

Today was a weird workout, im teaming up with Punthra and three other powerlifters so we did a large amalgamated workout consisting of some PL lifts, chest and bi's.

Power snaches: (first time) 40KGx3, 40KGx3, 40KGx3, 50KGx3, 50KGx3

Dumbell Incline: 80x8, 90x8, 100x8, 110x7 *Vid
Weighted Dips: 40x8, 40x8, 40x8, 50x9 *Vid
Flat dumbell flyes: 40x10, 40x10, 40x8

Barbell curl: 95x12, 105x10, 115x8, 125x6 drop set 95x5
Cross body hammer curls: 30x10, 35x10, 40x10

This was a two hour afair, tommorow is rest and my lower back is devastated. Should have the internet rockin and set up by tommorow and ill upload my vids ive taken. Im trying something out called Bentonite Clay as it is allegedly a "healing/hydrating clay" it absorbs intestinal toxins and then is passed in the feces. Bentonite absorbs soemthing like 160X its weight in toxins. Its natural, side effect free and you take one TBS daily. It pretty much just a gray liquid that tastes like clay, go figure.
The reason i am using this clay is i have eczema, possibly psoriasis, food allergies and general symptoms of toxicity and acidity. I hope to ELIMINATE these issues and this clay stuff might be part of the answer... aside from eliminating all dairy and increasing my alkaline intake via fresh dark leafy greens, raw water bearing vegetables and wheatgrass juice. OuT.

Oh well i deserve it and as sore as my back feels its feels full and thick with some extra bumps and hardness. My upper middle back is tender and i like that due to it needing the most work on my back. Hammies and upper and outer chest are kinda tight and sore from incline DB and weighted dips.
Im stoked to smash leg day and get some inches on my drumsticks.

Dsade threw in some Renegade with my Bobu for me to log cause he's a champ and i had a box comin up north anywho. Initial thoughts..

Renegade:
Smells odd at first, like your not expecting that smell from your soap then you go back for the second sniff with an open mind and find it mildly addicting.
I know that sounds cheesy in a way but after lathering up with the renegade and putting it on the rack in my shower i can smell it everytime i go into my bathroom, its quite nice.
Im glad it isnt over powering in odor as that just gets sickening. Me n my lady are quite active sexually but she did seem a little more randy than normal refusing to let me sleep and repeatedly telling me how attracted she is to me... better be, lol.
I havent told her about the pheromones in renegade or even that im using it and she said i smelled good, she says i smell good all the time tho so we'll have to see if a pattern surfaces. I did it twice last night... and once in the morning.
It doesnt lather as much as "normal soaps" but it does clean well, and will last a very long time. The packaging was kind of basic and i believe dsade is pimping in out.

Yeah, the initial labels are still being used. We have final labels on the way right now, then a few weeks later we're doing super duper kickass glossy black and red-shimmery foil printed!!

Luckily, they are the same size as the Banish boxes, so we're going to get to use the same die and jack THOSE out as well.

How long does a bar of Renegade last, in thinkin a longgg time atleast 5X longer than a generic Dove or Ivory?

I use mine EVERYDAY (by the way, it starts lathering WAY better after the first use) and I have been using the same bar for over 6
weeks. I'd say it still has a good 3-4 weeks left.

I havent updated due to not having the net at home set up yet. Ill get back into things plus ive changed how i work out to incorporate more power lifts. Punthra my self and three others have been doing cleans, snaches, jerks, push pulls, clean and presses and plympic front squats. My lower back is still sore from monday, but today it lossened up lots. Check out punthras log. Invalid Link Removed

i can't wait to get the camera out again either, it makes you want to go that much harder in the gym. Maybe we can film some heavy deads this weekend and some heavy rowing. The training has been awesome lately as everyone has been pushing each other quite a bit. Some weighted chins might even be fun.
 
how did the workout go SWG, i didn't see any numbers up so i figured i'd ask. I posted my numbers on my log, i just wondered whether training went good for you.
 
So moving sucks, the actual move was pretty easy but ive been pretty slow to get unpacked fully and toss stuff i nolonger want that i found in boxes.

Ive done a full weeks workouts with great results and just havent taken vids since... hmm arm or back day last week.

It takes a fair amount of time to put the vids on my comp and upload them to youtube so ill get back on track soon enough. Plus i only have net access at work lately so it is def limited.

Ive been enjoying my Bobu and Renegade.

I used a razor yesterday to shave my face that after a few passes was obviously dull, it took a few passes to shave one strip of hair and had that scratchy feeling. I used the Bobu as an after shave and luckily didnt get any sahve rash which i am very prone to getting, very impressed.

Renegade. I still really like the smell, i have had sex shortly after using it everytime except today cause the ole lady was out walking the dogs. She does seem to respond to it, but honestly its hard to tell how well or really for sure that it does work. I do know that i get that squeaky clean feeling from renegade and this soap does not irritate my skin like ivory or other soaps can. The lathering has improved like dsade said it would. Its a great soap but im not sure about the pheremone qualities , this will take more time to report accurately and responsibly.

Chest

Incline barbell: 135x12, 185x10, 215x7, 235x5, 185x6 <--- hit the wall.
Flat dumbell press: 75x10, 90x7, 80x8
Pullovers: 185x10, 215x10
superset Cable flyes from bottom: 30x10, 40x8

Bench crunches with legs off of bench done feet apart, feet together and twisting legs side to side to hit obliques: x40, x30.

Felt pretty good considering i did Back and Tri's last night it obvicously affected my heavy chest sets but im still happy with my numbers. Cheers.
 
Pretty impressive incline BB press for your weight man. You should definitely record that when you get a chance.

Yeah dude my incline is almost better than my flat, this was after a tri workout last night too. My 235 doesnt seem that impressive compared to punthras 335x5! I wish i had vid of both, ill be back on camera soon enough.

i'm definitely not a genetic freak, cause every pound i've gained has been done through years in the gym and enough food to make someone obese. i used to weigh about 180 when i started. It still leaves me wondering whether i should have just done juice and got the growing done quickly.

Of course it was better you waited. Now if you run juice it will be so much more sweet. Plus your body will definitely thank you in the long run.
 
yes i am trying to be a bodybuilder. i was going to try and compete this year but a buddies wedding is at the same time so you know the old saying "Friends and family come first. I'll get another chance but i'm a little fearful that i don't carry enough mass to compete with geared up people. i'm going to try at least once so i don't regret it later.

He's more like 245-247 right now... You would have never guessed that the old punthra years ago could be the beast he is today. ITs been a long CONSISTENT road, that is where most people lack, making the time, getting the meals and pushing yourself for YEARS continuously. HE took some time off and grew cause he never really had a break for years. Cheers all!
 
i don't really enjoy training arms but SWG and I will hopefully start getting more videos on here soon. Arms are boring to train, i'd rather do hard workouts like legs and back. legs especially because legs are the most skipped body part in the history of bodybuilding.

Stupid pump my arms were so pumped it made my legs look bad.. worse, lol.
I am going to consider going "back to the basics" with my leg training as i have not really been satisfied with my squats lately. I think i have, in the past, used too much back and was ego lifting/robbing my legs of growth and i intend to get to the bottom of my femur... er.. of this. If i have to squat 95lbs ATG for high. ish reps i will to get blood in my quads. I know i bring up the ankle cartilage fusion as an excuse but fact of the matter is... i am at a stage in my life when i want to look down and see some growth on my legs . I will , one way or another and i dont care what anyone thinks about the weight i move. Im not here to impress people, to look cool or to gain friends i want to be better, healthier, smarter and at the end of the day satisfied that i have done all i could that day to advance through life. CHEERS to the destruction of the EGO>.
 
Here's the thing, punthra will dominate his legs when we train them and i by comparison will cry and lift the pink weights. But if thats what i have to do to stop the madness, with my upper body growing and my lags... pun intended falling behind then its on.

I'm digging my legs workouts lately... And how they are improving. Been a long time coming.
 
timberlakers, sorry about replying the way i did but i get a little on edge when people think that i had great genetics or did juice. Other than guys like SWG who watched me work my ass off for what i got, most people assume i took the easy way out. Anyways thanks for the compliment and sorry about the response. As for other peoples suggestions, i always consider what people say because i do not know everything and muscle training is an ever evolving sport with new information coming out everyday.

That Van KO story was from a few years back. My camera is fine and i will tape today. I stopped taping cause i havent been able to upload the old vids i have of my Back and chest workouts. I have a wireless network at home and if it cuts out at all YouTube says "file too small" failed.
Im going to set up another comp since today is my day off and try on it, BUT i dont have a wireless reciever or comp chair for the desk its on. BLah.
Im not lazy or scared, ive actually prolly gotten stronger adn bigger and want to get more vids but its alot of work right now.

I am not making excuses but i spent my first day off with my 6 year old son, who does not live with me and requires full attention.
Today is day off number two and i need to get in to do legs from three days ago, take him swimming, shop and sort some stuff.
