Some general notes for clients....

I am faster than 80% of all snakes
1. Please make sure you follow the ratios set in the exercise notes column. These excercise must be done right and is VERY important for the success of this program.

2. The weight you use will almost certainly be much lighter than what you were previously using. If it is not, you are not doing the exercise properly and not following the ratios properly.

3. Food substitutions must be cleared through me. Generally protein soruces can be swapped out with no problem but carb and fat sources must reamin relatively the same.

4. I suggest getting some sort of digestive enzyme, moreso with the bulking programs. Your wives, girlfriends, kids, etc..will thank you. ;)

5. You can drink diet soda, crystal light or any non sugar beverage as a subsitute for water or when eating out but please make sure you get at least 1 gallon of PURE water a day mostly around workout and post workout.

Thats all for now...I will add more notes as I think of them.

They have tea flavored crystal light. Or you can get splenda, make unsweetened tea then add the splenda.. Tastes pretty good.

How about regular green tea? Diet green tea? I like to drink green tea but I don't see any mention of it on the board for some reason. I always drink it straight without any sugar or milk but there is no nutrition information listed on the box short of a list of 0s...
 
Green tea is great as long as their is no extra sugar or cals.

I am about to go supplement hunting hunting, and was wondering what type of digestive enzyme I need to pick up. I've never looked into those things.
 
Papaya chews, acidophilus (sp?), etc.....
 
I'm just ending my second week, but I have not had the same issues this week as bad as last week. I think the longer you go, the easier it is on you.
 
Do you have advice with how many to take? 1 with each meal as the bottle says or different? Also how long should we take them for, the entire cycle?

Also on the water intake, you want 1gallon of water not containing crystal light or anything? So if we drink crystal light or gatorade it needs to be in addition to the 1gallon?
