1. Please make sure you follow the ratios set in the exercise notes column. These excercise must be done right and is VERY important for the success of this program.
2. The weight you use will almost certainly be much lighter than what you were previously using. If it is not, you are not doing the exercise properly and not following the ratios properly.
3. Food substitutions must be cleared through me. Generally protein soruces can be swapped out with no problem but carb and fat sources must reamin relatively the same.
4. I suggest getting some sort of digestive enzyme, moreso with the bulking programs. Your wives, girlfriends, kids, etc..will thank you.
5. You can drink diet soda, crystal light or any non sugar beverage as a subsitute for water or when eating out but please make sure you get at least 1 gallon of PURE water a day mostly around workout and post workout.
