Long Story short I love drinking, but I only consume alcohol once a week on Sunday’s. Because I’m serious about my body, health, nutrition and training. I would love to find a supplement, nootropic or something that I can take around bedtime to help relax. Anyone have something they take and like?
Unfortunately, I don’t like weed. Loved it when I was a teenager but nowadays I actually despise the feeling it gives me and just can’t wait till it’s over. Not a feeling of panic just hate the overall feeling of being high.
