I should be dosing it correctly, and I was 4 hours fasted, best I can do for my PM workouts. No fish oil since 7 hours prior and to my knowledge that is the only supp I should be spacing from ARA.
Just so exactly what I took is known:
4 caps x-gels
2 scoops high volume
3 g LCLT
3 g beta alanine
300 mg caffeine
8 mg ephedrine
2 g MCC pre, 3 g post
Should I drop something?
Would adding something like taurine help?
Would suck to stop this run I have 2 bottles Xgels, 2 tubs high volume, 200 g LCLT that I just got in for this

Day 2 using x-gels, with athletix high volume (GMS) and bulk LCLT. Great workout day 1, today the pumps were too much. Right forearm wouldn't relax, felt completely numb. Numb yet in pain. Had high hopes for xgels and have 2 bottles, anything I could do or try here?
So it means it is not recommended to take X gels without LCLT?

ALCAR is more for cognitive function, whereas LCLT recovery...but as far as using it for the purpose of ArA, it's good to go...
So is the primary purpose of stacking a carnitine with ArA to aid with recovery/DOMS?

Your 3 days in? I would venture to say it's not from the X-Gels at all. However, discontinue use and see if the problem subsides. If it does then bingo but I highly doubt it.

Sorry Coop doesn't talk normal people talk lol. LCLT or Aspirin are both encouraged to take with X-Gels. Reason being that ArA can in the body take different pathways. Taking LCLT or Aspirin (as a cheaper alternative) encourages ArA to travel down the path of benefit... essentially

I keep hearing and seeing people post great reviews on Invalid Link Removed Really want to try them myself but can't due to medical conditions of IBS and arthritis. The arthritis supposedly is in the beginning stages in my knees. IBS I was diagnosed with around 20 years ago. Supposedly these things will get a lot worse if I try x-gels.

1. You slept on your forearm
2. You have an electrolyte imbalance
If it's #2, taurine may help, along with a good water to sodium ratio

About 30 days in of using ArA since asking about it in this thread... and now I refuse to ever go off it! Incredible power gains (I felt that was more accurate than max strength). Also I can eat more than before and lose fat!
4 caps or 1g of ArA a day, mostly empty stomach in the morning as part of my fast or pre workout. Strength gains really came through somewhere by week 2. I didn't pay attention to fat loss, until now thinking in retrospect that I have been eating way more than I usually do while cutting, and also my accidental binges in between didn't result in the ugly mess that it usually does.
First strength effect I noticed was that all my lifts started becoming more smooth, less grindy, and I felt less "overwhelmed" by heavy weight. That built confidence and I was able to add 3 reps to my double 30 days approx later. I'm just beginning to taper down to a new 1rm now and I'm expecting great results. The only other supp I'm using is Focus XT.
This has to be the most profound effect strengthwise I got. But I have not used any other supp in the same category apart from creatine. I never used test boosters or herbal anabolics really, mostly cutting supps like Alphamine, Erase Pro, which btw was awesome.

Man I was always hesitant to try Erase/EPro because of the joint/libido issues I heard about from some people, but I had my hormones checked and my E2 is actually quite high so I will be trying that too! Did EPro get you stronger at all, or did it mostly just lean you out? P.S. check my Anabeta Elite Log if you want. The before/after pics are a crazy testament to how awesome ABE is! They took a great base supplement and added full doses of two other proven classic compounds, instead of doing the more common practice of adding micro doses of 25 things you've never heard of. PES really does it right!

Thanks to NattyD my upcoming XFA log will also feature Anabeta Elite, so please follow that one because even if XFA doesn't work it'll be an amazing log...and I haven't ever heard of XFA not being awesome so this log should be E-P-I-C!!! I literally had trouble sleeping from excitement.

Wow 5 Lbs??? That is a SERIOUS gain with no or almost no fat gain. Nice work! I bet that stack had you feeling like a million bucks too. Did you get and joint-related sides (just asking because it is a possible side of both ArA and Erase)?
Nah, there's definitely some fat gain, just not enough to really impact what I see in the mirror. LoL. When I use the caliper, there's definitely some fat gained, but the mirror I looks to be around the same bf % as when I started the stack
No joint related issues apart from the forearm tendonitis which I had going in to begin with, and some slight right shoulder/traps muscle strain/pull that had been coming and going for awhile which is probably caused by uneven exertion of force when I go heavy on the overheard triceps extension machine.
Honestly, the fact that you had some preexisting joint issues make it even better to hear that nothing got worse while running these. Now that the log is done, maybe give any exercises that aggravate them some time off. It sucks, but we gotta do it sometimes. I'm curious if you noticed any differences in aggression, mood, sleep pattern, and/or libido from all of that. If possible, let me know. Anyway, great work dude!
