The criteria that we use as part of the selection process:
- Interested in truly helping others, whether in reference to our products, other products, or just in general.
- Personable. We wanted individuals that are friendly and non-confrontational. As a company, we are professional and want reps that share these same ideals.
- Knowledgeable. The main reason here in addition to the obvious ones, are that our board reps will play a role in our research process, a key role in helping us decide what products to market, a role in marketing strategies, etc.
The Official Responsibilities of the Reps:
- Helping answer questions on our products.
- Helping promote our products in relevant threads. Never will you see anyone promoting our products in threads where they have no relevance.
- Helping forum members in any ways that they can – in general, or with helping make informed decisions on issues not related to our company.
- Being involved in the company process at SNS – product ideas, research and development, marketing approaches, and more.
- Conveying other consumer ideas to us. We take listening to consumers very seriously.
- Helping us improve by critiquing us honestly in an effort to help us continually grow and improve the overall consumer experience.
- Handling contests, polls, product giveaways, and promotions.
- Handling tester selection as well as testing and review threads.
