Thank you sns8778 for sending me bottle on the house along with an awesome t shirt.
This log will be slightly different than the normal log style. I started my GP (glycophase) back in the middle of dec. I have kept a personal log of my daily nutrition on the days I've used GP and am now gonna get it posted up here.

You will notice that I've used GP three different ways. I've used it pwo, I've used it before lunch and dinner, and I've used it just before dinner. There have been adjustments made along the way for training/non training days also.

There are adjustments to carb timing around training/non training also.

BG levels have been monitored through also.

My current regimen/goal at the beginning of GP up until now is to grow. Eat, no cardio, lift, sleep and recover.

Starting weight with GP on 12/12 was 205.0
Staples Multiv, omega 3, protein, creatine, eaa.
Non stim pwo, karbolyn, vaso6, glycerol, and sea salt

Nutrition is on point, you will see a slight change in carbs throughout.

It will work, it has dropped my BG levels from 3 digits down to 2 digits along with some small adjustments to carbs/timing

Day 5-10 Update, this was between 12/21-12/26...
There was a day here and there I didn't log, but as you can see my daily routine is consistent with macros.

First off this is my first go with a GDA so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I train at 3am, and dose at 1130am in prep for 12pm lunch.* The first few things I have noticed is I can eat a good 600 cal/100 carb meal for lunch. I feel no bloat, digestion is great, and for me the best thing I have noticed is the all day PUMP!

I do take glycerol/vaso6 as as pre at 3am, with my 2 caps of GP mid day 1130am, and 5pm...I stay pumped all day long.
12/26 scale is consistent at 205

Man that was alot of work playing catch up.

So let's recap so when can get this log o track as of today.
After 30 days of solid training and nutrition I have managed to bring my BG levels down from a 120-130 to a current 75-95 range. This was done with some adjustments of carb intake, timing, and GP.

Now let's highlight some other factors besides BG.
1. Digestion is perfect
2. I feel great even after say, a 800-1 kcal meal.
3. Never feel bloated
4. Pumps are for real

So for me this has been a real game changer The Solution has been a huge help with this. Timing, nutrition, and lowering BG levels

did you take glycophase capsules with a meal or before a meal, if before how many minutes before?

how many capsules did you take with this test?

how many protein, carbs and fats did you have with this meal?

how many hours after this meal did you do the glucometer test?

did you do a glucometer test with about the same number of protein , carbs and fat grams, and same timing, with not using glycophase, under the same conditions?

did you take glycophase capsules with a meal or before a meal, if before how many minutes before?

Read above.. he shows 30 minutes prior to meals for dosing like he has the whole log

how many capsules did you take with this test?

he lists 2 at every single meal that is carb heavy and away from workouts since berbeine can impair cAMP levels and AMPK

how many protein, carbs and fats did you have with this meal?

Carb amounts are listed, protein evenly spread ~50g, fat is kept lower on heavy carb meals

how many hours after this meal did you do the glucometer test?

He tests upon waking, 5 minutes prior to meals, and 90 minutes post meal

did you do a glucometer test with about the same number of protein , carbs and fat grams, and same timing, with not using glycophase, under the same conditions?
Yes he does. First thing upon waking and he has been taking BG before this log as well. His #'s have dropped well over 30since the beginning of the log

Again this is all outlined I think you came into this log without reading a thing he has posted or commented on in the first place

GP has came to and end. This was a great product for me.
Benefits
No bloat, great digestion, leaning effect, good blood flow, vascular, and all day pumps.
The absolute #1 benefit I got from GP along with timing of GP was my BG levels.
At the beginning of this log and prior, my levels were cosistant in the 130s. Along with carb timing and GP, my levels have lowered into the 80-90 range. This will be a supplement I will go to in the future. Another solid supp from SNS. Thanks

Just got all caught up on this. Seems like it was very effective and for sure a supplement I’m going to have to add myself next month.
Yes sir, short and sweet...to the point. Very effective product
