I'm sorry for the delay on being able to fill Anabolic Effect orders. The Black Friday Sales were the first time I'd ever allowed orders for anything we didn't have in stock, and I feel terrible that its taken longer than expected to get it back in. I knew the product was in production at the time, and just had no idea about there bottle shortage issue - and the bottle vendor had been jerking us around for weeks.

I was trying to do something nice and good for the people asking to let Anabolic Effect be part of the Black Friday Sale, but then wound up feeling like I disappointed and upset people by the delays.

I will love it for sure, very excited, I enjoy seeing/hearing how the stack has treated others including yourself and can only imagine my own success.
oh sorry, I should have clarified, what I meant by my bottles being on back order was the bottles for the hair serum that I buy.

I was just asking if Anabolic Effect was coming in stock soon, so I could possibly get it on sale if it comes in next week. =)

I actually don't mind ordering things out of stock and waiting specially if they are on sale, I think having the choice is awesome and I doubt you let anyone down, the sale is a huge kindness to us all and you always go above and beyond. I know I am grateful !

It's crazy how in today's world there are so many little delays that can be such a pain - like about plastic bottles being out of stock. It's just amazing with the production capabilities in today's world that that's the case.

I'll extend the sale offer for anyone wanting Anabolic Effect when it comes in or do a coupon code just for it.

I've just had some people seem like they were disappointed or upset about Anabolic Effect not being in yet that ordered it during the Black Friday Sale. That is the first time I've ever allowed people to order something not in stock, because so many people asked me to - and bc I had no way of knowing that the 400 cc bottles would be out of stock. The product itself was being capsulated, so I thought it would be in within 2 weeks. I did put right at the top of the page that we had ran out of stock during the sale and that we were allowing people to order to get the discount. Since then, I've offered anyone that wants to change it out for a different product is welcome to. I just hate feeling like anyone is upset at me over things, especially when I'm just trying to be nice and helpful.

It's completely reasonable that a customer would be disappointed to order and pay for a product in November and still not have it a week into January.

That said, I haven't seen a single post or comment in this thread expressing any anger or frustration directed toward you about it. People appreciate the sale. We understand that **** happens. No need for you to get all woe-is-me and act like a martyr over it.

I was having a conversation with a specific person who I interact with a lot, that asked me a question about Anabolic Effect.

He and I were both talking about how bottling delays affected things - he said he couldn't get bottles for something himself and I explained that the reason for Anabolic Effect being delayed was because of a shortage on that size/color bottles.

I'm not sure how you take that as a woe as me type of thing, when the person I was having a conversation with has said over and over that he likes learning about the industry and likes me sharing insights into the industry; as a lot of people here have said. Me sharing the way things work and the delays that companies can run into is simply providing an insight into a side of things that many don't see, and that some enjoy.

I also don't see how you take it as a woe is me by me saying I feel bad about the delays. I actually care about customers and hate letting anyone down or disappointing anyone. I didn't say anyone had bugged me, bothered me, or badgered me - I said that I felt bad about it myself.

And I said that it was me feeling bad about it is the reason I wouldn't do it again, as in wouldn't allow anything for sale that wasn't actually in stock; which is something I had been getting asked about in another thread too, so was explaining to people why I won't do it again, because the first time I did, I would up feeling bad because of an unexpected delay.

I can't speak for @big_jewels, but I'll tag him and ask him to clarify if he thought that any part of my and his conversation was negative or woa is me, or if he took it as us conversing the way we normally do over a variety of things.

For for full context, no one bought Anabolic Effect during the Black Friday Sales thinking it was in stock.
- We sold out of Anabolic Effect early on during the Black Friday Sale.
- We turned it out of stock on the site.
- We had a lot of people ask if they could please order it to receive the deal and have it ship when it was in stock.
- We turned it back on and put a big disclaimer at the top of the page explaining that we were out of stock but were giving people the ability to buy it based on requests, but by buying it, they understood it was out of stock and would ship when it came in.
- Then, I personally emailed every single person that ordered Anabolic Effect during the sale to make sure that they saw the notice on the product page that it was out of stock, confirmed that they were okay with waiting, and let them know that at any time they got tired of waiting, I would be glad to let them substitute a different product for it if they preferred.

We had hoped the product would have been in stock in December as we knew it was in capsulation. We had no idea that the actual bottles were going to be delayed from the bottle company. Instead of just keeping people in the dark, I try to explain things - like the bottle delays. Keeping people updated on what is going on and with updates, I never thought would be taken as a woa is me type of thing - to me it was - hey, I feel bad about the delay, this is an update and what's going on.

I feel not only as a customer but a fellow human being I should do my own diligence when purchasing to understand that **** happens and yes there may be a feeling of disappointment but that is a momentary feeling and it is easily reflected on and just as easily extinguished before reacting negatively. I really don't get why people would waste energy on that or express it in a way that is insulting or negative, in my eyes there is 0 reason to push ones own negativity on someone else specially one who is just trying to provide a service in kindness.

Yeah, no one has been mean or upset about it - I just hate disappointing anyone or feeling like I let people down.

Delays like what happened with Anabolic Effect are an example of why I hate to give ETA's on new products and never do presales on things because there can be so many unexpected delays in the industry.

I'm not sure how or why anything I said upset the person above, as I was just explaining that things like delays make me feel bad and that things like that are why we normally don't allow sales on anything we don't actually have in stock. And also, just giving industry insight into things that a lot of people don't see or probably don't think about that can cause delays.

Wow, did that ever take turn eh. Definitely didn't take it as negative or woe is me. It is our regular way of conversing which I very much appreciate, like you said the insight and learning aspect, as well it being real, uninhibited communication etc, also to a level of when you care about the person one is having a conversation with, pretty standard I would think.

I'm glad to hear that, I am similar in the way that I actually care and put my full heart & being into things and I feel like I'm letting people down when something goes awry, basically being too hard on myself.
