Snagency's INHIBITing adipose & getting Seriously Sliced with the SNS Stack!

Day 29 Off day. Two days of running low carb combined with peeing about 20x each day has gotten me dialed back in quick, weight at an even 190.0 upon waking, abs sticking out everywherre, striations apparent. It really seems as if I've hit another level here, and I didn't feel this one coming. Still noticing slight water retention in my problem areas, but not as much.

I'll post up a pic tomorrow for the final day, then I'm gonna end the stack, wait a few days and post up another pic for comparison purposes, see how the water issue subsides. I think you'll notice some improvement in tomorrow's shot..

Oh, and crazy DOMS this morning in my lats - did I say how much I LOVE the new angle?!?!

haha sounds good man. Are you doing the perfect pullup the way they tell you - meaning are you turning your hands as you pullup? or are you just doing it at different angles/widths?

I have Lat DOMS, too, the angles of the equipment at my school are different then my local gym, so they kick me arse, but I LOVE back DOMS the most, from traps to spinae erectors.

I did half turning the hands, half keeping hands straight.

I think I like the turning version better, it just feels like you're recruiting more muscle fibers or something.

Day 30 Went out with a bang, last training session of the stack, nailed delts/traps/tri's something fierce, awesome pump. Couple pics to show aforementioned pumped-ness..

Will post ending review & final pics in a few days..

Verry impressive mah friend!

why didnt I think of that?! Yeah man - can we see your home gym?

Thanks all around for the props fellas.

Metroba & Lungz, I'll post one up in my final review just for you guys! I ain't got nothing special, it's very basic, other than my pull-up bar install.

Okay, couple pics of the garage..

Like I said, just a basic set-up. Got another bench than what's shown there, has a preacher & leg extension/curl attachment. I bought my wife one of those Tony Little Gazelle gliders a number of years ago, she used it like twice, so I get some use out of it when I'm not sprinting or biking for my cardio (and actually, it's been awesome for cardio during my calf tear rehab, very low-impact to that area).

On the front of that side of the garage I have my old cage set-up where I keep most of my plates & the dumbbells I use least. My DB range is from 15 - 125's. Not snapping a pic of that area cuz it's crazy cluttered; wife has all her gardening paraphenelia & whatnot over there, and all the bikes are kinda crowded in, it's a mess. So obviously I've turned my 2-car garage into a 1-car, but it's all good, wife parks outside, haha!

Heyyyyy.. how'd that pic of the BMW get in there??? ;)

Snag, quick question...

If I do this online bodybuilding show and I decided to use the TTA/RK stack to prepare, when would you recommend me dropping the stack to avoid water retention for the pictures?

Well I'm in that stage right now myself, I ended it Thursday and still notice water today, so I can't be definitive at this point. I would guess a minimum 3-4 days, and maybe closer to a week.
When I start notice it dissapating is when I plan to write my final review..

EDIT: btw, I don't think you'd have to worry about pulling the RK, just the TTA.

Also you could always follow some of the protocols to drop water before your contest. I am actually going to use some GMS today along with my TTA and see how that dries me out.

Final Review

Well.. here we are, posting my final review of the 30-day run on the SNS stack..

I must first mention that I still seem to be holding some water from the TTA, which has been a problem thruout usage. Really wanted to see this completely subside before I posted, but time availability will not allow me to do so, as I will be out of town and extremely busy after today. Today will have to do.

I can pinpoint the SYN-30 effects: reduced appetite, prolonged clean energy, somewhat a period of adjustment as far as acclimation to undisturbed sleep. This did bother my sleeping patterns for a few days, dosing at 3/day thruout. After that first week however, I experienced no more issues here. Workouts were powered fairly decently without any aid of pre w/o booster. I must also say, pertaining to workouts, I was rehabbing from a couple injuries so was not able to hammer things as I am used to thruout this log..

TTA seemed to be doing the job fairly well, but with the side effect of water retention I felt somewhat sloshy thruout. I am still bothered by this in my 4th day since ceasing usage, and it's being retained in weird areas - notably my lower chest, also lower abs. My back as well didn't seem to dry out like I had hoped.

RK has a noted track record, however of the three products I cannot isolate any benefit from this solely..

Altho in the early stages of the log I was pretty tight on dietary intake, for the most part I consumed clean foods, decent calories, without any radical changes or "cut" style dieting. I actually dieted "upward" after the first week or so, overcoming a few weeks of bad eating that left me soft at the inital starting point. For the last week or so I've been consuming 150-350g of carbs daily, varied. I also consumed a few cheat meals in there, especially for my birthday weekend, so I would not say that my diet was exactly dialed in consistently..

I only used the Inhibit-E for 6 days, but it was enough to notice its benefits as a test-boosting product. Libido was up, and training seemed to have an extra kick there in the early going. I ceased use of this upon learning that ATD was to be included on the ban list for natty bb competitions.

I started this log at 191.1 lbs., soft imo; this morning upon waking I was 189.6, and fairly hard even with the water.

Overall, I give this stack a thumbs up - the only negative being the water retention once again, which plays with your mind. I feel that on a consistently clean diet, and for a 2-month run duration, this stack can be very efficient. Cost of the products is a big plus - they are extremely affordable, especially for the amount that you receive. I would probably recommend use of a water pill during and/or after usage; the only reason I didn't was because I wanted to see the effects of this stack in its full glory so to speak.

OVERALL RATING: I would say 7.5 out of 10 at this point. If I wake up tomorrow and all the water is gone, I would rate higher. Also, with the Inhibit-E, I feel this becomes a tremendous stack for sure..

Couple final pics. One last shot of food; nothing special, just some turkey breast tenderloin, sweet potato and broccoli, what I happened to be eating for lunch today before these pics. It was just all colorful & pretty, had to throw it in there!

Thanx to all who followed & all your feedback, hopefully there was some imformative stuff in here from my side! Gotsta run! :run:

Lats and Serratus look great from the front double bi's pose. I don't know if it's a posing technique or if you simply have beastly lats, but I don't know how to open up my lats like that.

and today's lunch special looks clean AND good.

Just had to pose next the bmw eh

As always you are a beast!! and nice review. Whats next next on Snag's list?

Great review, Swolency!
That water weight should subside in a few days. TTA is good, but damn the water weight pisses me off.

It's probably a combination of both - I've got decent lat development from the front, and there is a technique to opening 'em up. Don't try to flex your abs when you do it, and lift your rib cage up. That's always been a good pose for me - but not my money shot imo. That one's right here ('cept Im turned too much in this one of course, wife didn't snap it at the right time, haha)..

I know its not just NO but you gotta try Hemodaulix bro!!

Napalm might be in the mix, gonna place an order for a few things here shortly and I'm strongly considering it.

As for the Clen.. :nono: Not in the mix bro!
Not orally... I meant clen mixed in with the Napalm and used topically. It's a killer combo! Check out my mini-review/log in Avant's forum. :)

Ordered it last night!

I'm not a big Arachidonic Acid fan, and I don't want the achy joint syndrome right now, so I will run this in about a month. I ordered this just on your say-so Metroba - we'll see how it pans out!

For now, I'll be running some Nutrex Niox. Stuff hits me pretty well..

And Shaddow - ordered some Napalm as well, will run that in a month or two..

Nutriex Viox, huh ? How do you dose it around your thermos/stims ? How many caps you do daily?

Since Viox came out, I always had this desire to try it out. NO2 .. liquid caps .. NUTREX .. it's a good sell ! lol
