Snag gets FINAFLEXed on Road to Nationals

I pull my shorts up like that when squatting....really shows the upper quad striations

Nothing wrong with some exposed sack every now and then....

couldn't resist..everything starting to fall into place now
postWO after chest/bi session..slightly off-center w/ timer pic..weight upon rising ~192.8
this is all fun from here on out :yup:

Looking really impressive. Can't say anything that hasn't already been said, but it's still tremendous.

Are you currently using TUDCA, or only when on the methyls? That's how I run it, and was curious.

You are not human! Freak! wink

thanks all! more freaky to come, trust me..

@ hyde - no would typically use TUDCA only with a methyl as you say, however just started this due to my rather large Finaflex stack current, and the methyl (epi) coming in less than a week..being pre-emptive normally would be no reason at all to run it with our product

Makes sense to me!

Speaking of Finaflex products, noticed today that Nutraplanet still has the awesome pricing in effect for the whole lineup. Ignite2 is actually under $20/tub! :fool2: Had to set the remainder of my tub aside due to the NMA in the tbooster I'm currently logging, but will def finish the tub afterwards - it's been a surprisingly great preworkout. Not over-the-top, just smooth energy & pleasant effects. I never mind taking that stuff, & while I thought the berry flavor was weird at first I've come to really enjoy it.

Sorry for the hijack; I just know you use the stuff pretty regularly & just wanted to throw some feedback from joe consumer. Solid product at a great price!

update pics, threw it into a lil black & white..looks cool
these might be the last for awhile, had every intention of going into hiding by 6-week out mark..altho, after 5yrs I now know how to set up the self-timer on this cam - it's actually got a shyte-ton of options you can play with, I just never read manual :o
may have to play around with the new toy and pose a lil

weight still there ~193-194 upon rising

V formation is up and running!

You have always been a master at making the right moves at the right time Steve. I saw that a long time ago and knew I had a lot to learn from you. This time it's beyond that. I am trying to describe what I am seeing this time around but almost at a lost for words. You're some other kind of animal on this run. The absolute perfection of timing and how you seem to be gaining size as you get significantly leaner and harder. Whole new ball game here.

ohh irish, lol - I always have the V..alas, that's not where it's at or what I am after :p
all about bringing in the well-defined and proportioned X-shape, we're a bit beyond the simple V here

these pics thruout are nothing more than to simply show progress thruout the transition, and approach..while I may be excited here & there about the quality of the changes, and am impressed overall with the quickness of such - there is still no comparison now, to the way I will look when this is all said & done

exactly doug, great insight
I have perfected the approach suited for this particular prep, and so far nothing to the contrary has shown itself to me..
this is, quite simply, THE BEST prep I have ever performed bar none; I fully anticipate being ready 2 weeks out, and able to build up in the cals/carbs while maintaining/continuing to lose bf ... this will eliminate any need to tweaks & twists in "peak week" to deplete, rather than use what peak week is for: proper building up to show..no cutting water, no crazy sodium maneuvers, no wild carb adventures in effort to fill back out because I have stressed the body with depletion..
this is how prep is supposed to be done ;) very pleased here, tickled

anyway: pic of breakfast these days, altho it always changes slightly one thing or another
1 slice toasted Ezekiel
5oz 96% lean beef
3 egg whites
1 plain rice cake with 1/2 TBS almond butter
1c raspberries
~435cals

One thing you didn't mention when you spoke about adding in the PCT Rev Black was that not only is it an AI but a rather potent Anti-Cortisol Arimistane is a 2 birds with one stone kind of ingredient. It should not only lean you out more quickly via lower E, but also stop catabolism as you get leaner and leaner so the body does not feed on itself. Then of course the anti-cortisol properties also help burn the last bit of stubborn fat from the abdominal regions.

Looking amazing brother!

The high dose in PCT revolution makes it a good bang for your buck;)
Pretty cheap for what you get!!!

Sweet deals on nutra.

I've noticed that; not sure if any other products has as much arimistane/bottle. Last time I bought 1-alpha they had the BOGO going w/ rev pct. Now THAT was a nice deal.

That breakfast is looking fire Snags; wish I had it right now! I've really come to love red meat lately, for better or worse.

we are very proud of our PCT Black! nutra surely has had some sweet deals across the board recently

red meat = most anabolic food you can eat ;) I eat a boatload

Look at that sucker pop, that's a good pose for me too one thing that really stands out with you though is your arms are very full...

Getting back to the being ready 2 weeks out, I am glad you are using this scenario cuz it's plan A for me too. I am going to aim 2 weeks out so will look at what I did last time and subtract 2 weeks from where I am and that's how I'll set it up.

@ doug - well yeah that will be the approach you need to take: very aggressive, very finite in your attention to details, and absolutely no cheat meals..you need to have some basis of understanding of how efficient your own metabolism is; a cookie-cutter approach is not gonna get it done

case in point: myself, I have noticed since I dropped under the 195# mark, that my variance of weight thruout the day has decreased substantially, going from 4-6lbs on average more than upon waking, to now ~2-3# daily and rarely 4#
for example, yesterday (well very early this morning actually lol) after carb-up and cal-boost, I weighted 194.5; upon rising I was ~191 even..so, not only more stability but also increased metabolism, hence I may need to re-think my carb-raising approach and institute more of these earlier than what I had anticipated, and will monitor these next couple days very thoroughly (altho to be fair, the weight loss seems to have come all from my butt, as I looked behind me this morning and the backside was notably tighter/smaller than what it had been..this is a very good thing)

but boyyyyy, did I soak up dem damn carbs! tighter than a drum this morning, and profuse veinage, most profuse yet
I feel good with current condition!

Nice Peek-a-boo at that Peak! Biceps looking good, nice separation in all heads of the delts, looking Snaggerific!

No cheating planned. I am very meticulous only when I am very carb depleted do I add in the Oatmeal carbs meal we did last time. I am a long ways from that.

I am a long ways from that.
not as far as you think ;)
and therein lies part of the problem: you do not have a good gasp yet on your own metabolism..i cannot really help you on this, as it has to be self-awareness and personal education
all I can say is, work not within a set ideal of "macros/cals" - rather use these as a guide only with which to structure things, and do not be afraid to alter day-to-day, depending on what you see/what you have observed
you want to be ready 2 weeks out? you better be prepared to do things you have never done before to get there

what are we, like 7-8 weeks into this gig? that long on diet, and I have yet to have put together this combo..
what have I been thinking - yum! always trying to mix things up

5oz 96% lean beef
5oz tuna w/ salsa
1/4c brown rice
beans
romaine salad w/ wheat tomato flav croutons
~420cals

Nice food. Yet to try the tuna and salsa. Might give that a go this week with my lighter carbs coming into play.

Had some chunky salsa picked up the other day with my tuna for the first time since you keep raving about.

Winning.

well after looking at some pics and reading this thread its safe to say its time to go hit the gym and rape my muscles into growth.

nice ;)
yeah chunky is da bomb, medium hot nice (but do fire hot sometimes)..used to use an organic black bean & corn (my fav) but now stick to a basic salsa w/o the corn..every lil thing I need to eliminate, it goes away

kewl, let me know what you think

I am not a fan. And this is coming from a guy that drowns his eggs and pork chops in salsa
you just don't like tuna
if going for taste, try albacore rather than chunk light..makes a world of difference

LOL rape your muscles :scared:
progress is very good, as you can see! always need moar muscle tho, am not even close to being a finished product here yet
stck around, shyte is gonna hit da fan here shortly (I promise) :)

WINNING :hammer:

You mean those ones that come in laterally on the outer quad, man that's freaky....

I have to get Monica to make homemade salsa for me again it's a way different taste but wow it's damn good stuff...
