right around 180.5 this morning - and the aggressive (relatively speaking) approach doesn't start till today
cal drop today (125cals less), another tomorrow (125 again), and everything else I spoke of yesterday..
carbs ~150 both days, fats low
should be able to pull this off

will probably not be back on again till I get to Pittsburgh guys - will take my laptop and let you know how weigh-in went

Water weight + depletion= unknown and unseen weight. Hes gonna look flat as hell and prolly feel like **** but then reload right before he goes up on stage

Montana, you are thinking in the wrong terms my man..i have very little fat left on me, weight-loss is not gonna come from there
you see those slight loose pockets of skin, look a lil watery? that is from high water/high sodium/lowerish carbs..once I eliminate/maneuver water and salt, that will all disappear and skin will get very tight, and very paper-thin; it is an illusion, that will make it "appear" as if I am leaner, but it is simply, as mano says, depletion of these key elements
these are the tools I have available to me; I will be cutting off food/drink ~4-5hrs before weigh-in, that will be my last push...if it is not enough, there is nothing else I can do at this point - cal drop today & tomorrow will have me a bit less full and slightly lower, and the only thing I could do there is a bit more radical approach (ie not eat at all) - that is simply not gonna happen
I have to stay within my planned approach, as I said I think it will be enough (barely)..we'll see!
 
oh - I guess I do have 2 other tricks up my sleeve that I failed to mention :D
already did fasted LISS 30min upon rising today, then shoulders/chest/tris for the training couple hrs later..will throw in another fasted cardio 30min LISS session before bed, follow with BCAA+SAA (no food)..that will give me duel cardio sessions + a training session in one day; of course fasted LISS again tomorrow upon rising, and upper-body circuit training before I head out
also: I am throwing in a water pill, started this morning..when I cut off water, I should be able to pee a ****-ton out, drop couple lbs right there

and THAT, is all I can do - will be cutting it close, no doubt about it
the hair cut might just be the kicker, give those couple extra ounces to get under the weight cut-off :p
 
Well I took into account the water weight in my observation. Gonna be close homie. Might I suggest rubbing calluses off feet and pulling a few teeth :)

Btw what did you do with your hair? Should smoke that before the show because I'm sure it's one of the most highly anabolic substances on earth :)

for some reason Im thinking your weener prolly looks a little bit leaner too...correct me if im wrong but i cant imagine that ripped has helped any
 
wow, what a day yesterday..was freaking exhausted after the 6hr high-stress drive in deplete mode, feelin weird since electrolytes were all messed up and hydration was low, not to mention cals at like >1000, and only couple hrs sleep overnight prior....uggh
made it tho, got all the crap outta my car, parked and headed straight for the fitness center to weigh myself, was sitting right @176 according the scales here at the Westin; so, caught the shuttle over to the Square where show is happening, weighed in w/ trunks and had plenty of room to spare: 175.5 :D :D :D

haven't seen everyone in the middles yet, some guys I've spoken with but a bunch in other weight classes - it's like the middles are all hiding or something lol....doesn't matter, I really don't need to see anyone or know who I am up against - I feel pretty confident, know I am bringing my best here, know I have busted ass to get into lower weight class -- there is really no reason why I should not win this thing, seriously

so i'm sitting here still fairly depleted, water stays high till ~600, then small amounts with my 2 carb meals and anytime I am thirsty - will be ~1.5g when all said and done (after 3g daily for a long while now); that is the extent of my water-cut
the reason I am starting the carb-up that early is, I am going to bed early (is plan anyway) so I can get up ~215am or so and get everything in/all meals prior to stage time, as bb'ing is up first at 9am...plus, the spray-tan ppl have goofy times for touch-ups, only doing bb'ers from 630-730am, and I gotta catch shuttle over there for that
missing out on booking sheraton (where show is actually held) certainly sucks - each shuttle trip takes like 15-20min, and it usually takes driver same amount of time if not longer, to come get me, so there is def some strategy in timing and things you would never think about
now I am chilling, nice relaxing day on tap, already got my circuit-training in this morning, and 3 of my 8 scheduled meals mauled..have 2 carb meals after I reduce water intake..
everything falling into place gentlemen! :woohoo: :hammer:

came out here solo, so no one to take my pics, but I will be ordering the professional ones they take, and I did bring my cam - maybe I can find someone to take couple of me....in the meantime, here's couple from ~11am this morning
remember, had to get pretty depleted to make the weight, and i'm slowly bringing it back (nothing fast), until big carb load tonight; so, even tho I am depleted here, you get the idea of what will happen when I drain off all the water/gets sucked into muscle stores, and I fill out while shrink-wrapping skin tonight/overnight
I'm already veiny as hell - never been this veiny, ever .... it is gonna be truly ugly come tomorrow :D

very pleased with how I have maneuvered things, only yesterday trying to make weight has been deprivation
that's what was nice about getting all the hard stuff/finite dieting outta the way at the beginning of prep, so I can just coast in with nothing too hard core either way

Conditioning is on point- it's ridiculous.

All you have to do now is carb up!!!
providing that peaks at the right time you'll be hard to beat.. (no doubt you can pull this off, you're so in tune with your body it's ridiculous)


can't wait to see you fill out, this will be a meal by meal hour by hour process..
 
If you look at the start pic and compare it to the last pics the results are amazing
