Wear the belt higher and you'd be alright. Looks like you could go a notch tighter on it too. I get mine right under the bottom rib. Gives me support and a springing effect. I want more air in the stomach before you go. Always more air. Max air, all the fukking time.

Then do it. You'll get lots of practice before your next deadlift. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 hours of practice time, so no excuses if you don't have it down pat. Yes, the video is 20min long, but it's freaking important, so hunker down, get some popcorn, and learn how to lift more weight.
