Haha ya my face is getting way to dark, I don't know how to slow it down so the rest of my body can catch up... Sunscreen? Wearing a hat? If it gets much darker I may drop it to once a week dosing next week.

Mcts are medium chain triglycerideds, which means fast absorb fat that is more readily used as energy rather than stored as fat. I'm hoping I'll start gaining weight again with it being added to my shakes.

I have no idea how to get the body to catch up to your face color. I'd say maybe try to layout with your face covered once a week.

I've been covering my head in a tanning bed to try and even it out, but I think the uv rays still go through my shirt. I think I need a high spf cream to put on darker spots.

If you have a rash guard, they are usually 100% uv protection. Try that over your face if you have one.
 
hey, i started my test cycle, what did you recommend to help develop my chest, was it MFG. i rember it has a really short half life, and id half to freeze it.

There is mgf and mgf peg, and then igf des and igf lr3. Regular mgf/igf des has a 5 min? halflife, where as mgf peg/igf lr3 is something like a 24 hours halflife. Mgf will increase satellite cells, but without igf those cells won't really turn into muscle cells, or not as well? Igf will use up all the satellite cells pretty quickly, so you can make it more efficacious by cycling between the two(I've been thinking one week mgf peg followed by a week of igf lr3 and repeating) or by taking them at the same time. The timing is pretty important: mgf 1 hour after workout igf 12 hours after mgf(which is how your body naturally works I guess). I think need regular mgf to use in conjunction with the igf lr3, although you can use igf des as well. Using the mgf peg will compete with igf which is why you want something like 24 hours between uses, so there are ways of working that too. Igf stays effective for 4 weeks before needing to take 2-4 weeks off.
 
So the last couple nights I've been waking up at about 5 in the morning and having trouble going back to sleep - I'm awake and refreshed, ready to start the day. I force myself back to sleep cause 5 hours of sleep can't possibly be enough, can it?

Haha I don't know man, I cant function highly with that amount of sleep, but if you feel good it must be ok for your body.

Im feeling all right, but not fully recovered yet. Doms is pretty bad, but my joints feel good and my energy is all right. More sleep would help. Acne seems gone some days, but then it comes back with a vengeance.

I can't compare igf to mgf, cause I could see and feel the igf working but I can't tell if the mgf is doing anything. It doesn't seem to enhance my recovery, or to really be helping in any way - everything I'm seeing and feeling can be explained with the ghrp and cjc.
 
Adding a little over 50ml to my morning shake which comes to about 350 calories from mcts. Will double that up next week if my weight doesn't start inching the other way.

So mct is a no go, at least with now brand. Makes me sickly. Work was terrible today, felt like I was going to puke in the water the whole time.

I am placing an order soon for igf and mgf. Figured I would do igf lr3 and regular mgf for four weeks(mgf 1 hour post workout, igf 12-24 hours later) followed by a week off when I would take mgf peg 1 hour post work out. Then I would start over.
 
So I found a protocol, and modified it to include MGF post wo:

Sunday - Off Training - Mid-day PegMGF 200-300mcg
Monday - Training (Afternoon) MGF 100-200mcg 1 hour post wo
Tuesday - Off Training - Afternoon IGF 40-80mcg
Wednesday - Training (Afternoon) MGF 100-200mcg 1 hour post wo
Thursday - Off Training - Afternoon IGF 40-80mcg
Friday - Training (Afternoon) MGF 100-200mcg 1 hour post wo
Saturday - Off Training - Afternoon IGF Injection 40-80mcg

Should allow enough stem cell proliferation to keep igf as effective as possible for a much longer time(perhaps indefinitly?). We will see, but I am very excited.

I'm feeling pretty stable, weights steady, work outs are getting pretty good again, recovery is getting better. Only problem I'm really having is my libido sucks. It's not that I can't perform, its just a disturbing complete lack of desire.

More on mt2: I am now dark as ****, everyone is shocked. My hands and face are darkest from getting the most exposure, with my legs being the lightest with the least exposure. I had dropped to 250mcg twice a week, but now feel I need to cut that in half. I honestly don't want to get much darker. Just check out my hand:

Stepped on one of those machines that tells you your bf based on electrical impedance... Said 14%, but I dunno how accurate that is, or if I calibrated it wrong.

Weights starting to creep up again, I can't wait tell I start igf. Also tried a new exercise last night: you hold two plates together in front of you. I guess its like a pec static hold? Felt really good.
 
Ya that's where I read about it too, but I'm doing 3 full body work outs a week so I don't overwork a muscle group. The gym and my work make each other very difficult, and hitting all the muscles lightly 3x a week is a lot more manageable.

Been super busy the last couple days, got a settlement check so I been looking at investment opportunities, and a work truck. I really want to buy everything I could ever want to run, but I'm trying to hold onto as much investment capital as possible.

Everything except my igf showed up the other day "very sorry, we'll get that right out to you." I'd have started it already :(

So I'm just about 6 weeks into pct, I'm feeling fairly recovered so am coming off torem/exem/daa. Might get some formestane and start daa back up in a couple weeks, but I kinda want my endocrine system to work on its own for a bit. I bought some tren ace, test 400 and test prop, plus some var for my next cycle. I also have some dbol, and epistane, so I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to end up running or how I'm going to run it, but I'm going to give myself a good 100-150 days off. I'm going to run another cycle of accutane before hand, and need to wait a month or two before I feel I should.

This gives me plenty of time to mess around with igf which I started at 40mcg yesterday. Did 200mcg mgf into four muscles the night before. I'm going to try 60mcg on Friday, just want to see if I get hypo or not cause I didn't with 40mcg... If that doesn't happen I'm going to try another brand and compare. I might want to mess around ostarine at some point, or high dose formestane for anabolic effect.

Mt2 is down to 100mcg on Friday night cause I can't control my hands getting darker. It's to the point where my hands are as dark as my neighbors, and he's a light skinned black dude... So its Friday night, with a Saturday tanning both session.

I got really sick earlier this week, and its been getting worse by the day. Hungers shot, energy is gone, strengths off... Hopefully I get better soon, I took the week off cause of it, and after dragging my ass at work all week called in sick.

I'd like to say after trying 60mcg ep igf lr3 I felt weak and shaky, which sugar didn't help much... So I think ep is gtg.

I kept up with the igf mgf doses this week, even though I wasn't at the gym - for the purposes of seeing how effective they're run together I didn't feel I could have a gap. Kind of a waste considering the circumstances.

I'm only just out of pct and need to get blood drawn, but feel pretty recovered. I more or less kept my lbm(although I'm pretty sick and a little light right now) but think I will start gaining again being on igf/mgf. Overall I'm pretty happy with the results. Adding cjc is great.

Haven't updated in awhile, I was really sick n could barely work - took 3 days off. I'm feeling a lot better now, got back to the gym yesterday and my strengths actually up, as well as my weight being ok. Im definitely leaning out still, my shoulders look pretty big(like they didn't shrink with the weight loss) and I'm starting get veins popping in new places.

I am now on:
GHRP 2 - switched over from 6, 100mcg x3 per day
Igf lr3 40mcg 2-3x per week, 24 hours post workout
Mgf 200mcg 2-3x per week 1 hour post workout
Mgf peg once per week on day off after day of igf
Mt2 100mcg Friday night
CLA 10g/day
Omega 3 dha epa 3.5g/day
Eca dosed 2-3x/day

I think I'm the densest I've ever been, with the leaning I'm getting more striation than I really have before which is cool. Skins clearing up, libido is on the up n up. I need to run another course of accutane in fall, prolly after osta which I will start in September. I'd say 4-6 weeks osta, then 4-6 weeks accutane, then hop back on cycle mid to late November - tren ace/test 400.

damn man your going tor straight up monster status on this plan. Are you going to continue the peps throughout your cycle as well?

Haha ya I'm hoping to finally hit that 205 mark. I've stabalized just under 180, which is the largest post cycle weight I've ever maintained, and I'm hoping to hit 185-190 before going back on - we will see how this igf/mgf treats me, and how igf osta works out. If it ends up working well and I keep gaining 190+ I might just keep doing what works, or stack var/igf/mgf. We will see, its definitely a fun work in progress. I'm just really excited about trying tren, it sounds awesome and everyone says its great. If I go on tren peptides may cease, not sure - I need to look into synergy, but apparently it substantially increases igf on its own... A big part of why I run peptides is the healing of soft tissue it provides.

just bought 20 mg of ghrp2 & cjc no dac!!! no low dose crap just 100 mcg 3xdaily! woot woot! lol and then with bulk 1 carboxy and yoked.... these pumps are going to be skin tearing lol

Stoked for you bro, adding in cjc made a huge difference for me, and now that I've switched to 2 I think I'm going to stick with it cause I like it more. It actually makes me hungrier, my energy is better, and I'm sleeping a little bit better. I heard you only need to run cjc at 100mcg once a day, all other times 50mcg will suffice(the pulse will be just as great those times). So I do the larger dose before bed, and smaller ones the other times(1-2x/day). I've never tried yoked or carboxy, lemme know how that goes.

Had a couple good work outs this week, and my energy at work was fantastic. I love ghrp2. I am now starting to feel and see the results of my stack, and I'm excited to see what the next couple weeks have in store for me. Weights stable, energy/endurance is up, I'm hungry, strengths increasing, and I'm leaning out.
