small question

I got a small question on H-drol
I'm going to start a 5 week at 50mg, I'm not going to go over 50mg.

my question is this. If I wake up at 3 in the morning and don't work out until about 10/11 or even 3 in the afternoon, should I take 25mg in the morning when I wake up and then 25mg before workout.

OR

take 25mg before and 25mg after workout.

I was just slightly confused on this. any help is appreciated.
 
i'd take em as relatively close to 12 hours apart as you can. workout time doesn't really factor in with h-drol, so dont worry about that. 50 is a bit low for anyone, much less someone 226lbs. at that you might see a little leaning out but not even much
 
50 too low? well i've never taken h-drol before so i was thinking of just sticking to the recommended dosage
 
well, 50 might be ok if you were a 175lb guy, but you already have a good bit of size on, so it may not be enough. it might still work out mind you, just I wouldn't be expecting huge results
 
alright when i get to week 4 should i bump up to 75 mg then do 75mg on 5? If i feel right?

would that be one in the morning two before workout?

would that change my PCT? because i was going to run 3 weeks of 6oxo with some anti-aromatase
 
thats reasonable, and likely will be ok for PCT too, halo is one of the milder compounds. whats your goal for the cycle?

well first time running anything like this, been all natural for 5 years. I was 240 pounds and overweight at 15, then i was ~145 at 4.7 bodyfat at 17, now im 226 and im getting close to 23, I got some fat on me, but it is the winter months and i have actually been bulking up for like 16-19 weeks now. So I sit here at like 223-226 and i would like to get up to about 232 during the cycle, work hard afterwords for a couple weeks, and then cut down a little bit.

So in a nutshell i would like to gain 10 pounds, but i would really just like to gain a safe pace of 1-2 pounds a weeks.
