Sleeping with MST (sponsored)

We get some good surf in the Gulf, but you have to catch it on time. It's usually on and off for small periods of time...but yes, the sand out here looks like snow from a distance.

my best experience with it is around the tampa and st pete area's....but it was wild at the beaches I hit. I'd say Clearwater was probably the one that stands out the most.

I've never been down there before. I tend to travel up north for my vacations. It's usually the hot Florida weather I try to escape from. Haha.
 
I just found out that tonight is going to be a real test. I have to get up tomorrow at 3 in the morning, do my work, lift, eat, and head down to Huntsville for the day. There's nothing worse than going to Huntsville, Texas, trust me. I don't mean to offend anybody from Huntsville, but that city sucks. I will have to spend most of the day down there w/ my gf and her sister while they sit in class and do whatever they do. I just hope I can take a nap somewhere. So I will be dosing two half scoops of Somnidren tonight, I don't think I will be to tired to get up at 3 after only getting 5 hours of sleep. Tomorrow I will be doing some squats and chest in the darkness of the morning, how fun!

No down 45. Right now I live w/ my gf, she lives half way between Houston and Dallas in Centerville. It's so far from anything relevant, but I like it here.

I tried to get in just now, no luck w/ it. This little guy just looked at me and said no... I walked away with my head down in disappointment. Luckily I'm about to get out of here!
 
Workout #6

Last Night/Today:
Last night I took 4 ZMK about 20 minutes pre-bed, and 1/2 scoop Somnidren 5 minutes pre-bed. I was totally out until 2:50 in the morning. I looked at the clock and I was like "YES 10 minutes of extra sleep!!!", I ended up sleeping another hour and a half. So then went down to Huntsville. Sat around doing nothing, just eating and hanging out with some of my gf's friends. When I saw Cannon gave me the idea to see if I could get in their gym I hurried down there. Luckily I was in some basketball shorts and a t, but the guy at the desk wouldn't let me in. I tried to fake like I left my ID card somewhere and I didn't know my student ID # off the top of my head. He didn't buy it, but I could have got in w/ $5 that I had, but I would have needed to come in with another student. Since I didn't show up with another student off the bat he said "no". I got back to home around 5 and just decided to lift...

The Workout:

Squats - @215 x 10, 235 x 8, 255 x 5, 275 x 3, 215 x 10

Depth jumps/ jump & tucks - 60 sec straight - 1 depth jump per 3 jump & tucks - did 3 sets

Sissy squats - 5 ten second stretches at the bottom - did 3 sets

After Thoughts:
I was kind of dissapointed with my squats today. I was going to try to get 305 for a few reps, but my lower back was sore. It could have been from the deadlifts yesterday, or sitting in a car for so long today. I loved doing the jumping stuff, and those sissy squats stretches (kinda DC style) were killer. My quads are still on fire. Post workout I drank my usual post shake, but I forgot to add eggs. Then a little bit later I ate 6 scrambled eggs and a banana. I still want to get some calories in tonight. I'm thinking about some peanut butter, or a shake with some peanut butter and olive oil. Tomorrow is a chest/bicpes day, hopefully it will go well!

my football career is over. doc's think i have chronic traumatic encephalopathy and unless my memory starts improving, and my depression goes away, and i start to feel more energized on my own, football is over for good.


I'm a full time body builder now. I just need to start a new thread...
 
Workout #7

Last Night:
I took my ZMK 45 min pre bed, and 1 full scoop of Somnidren w/ water around 30 minutes pre bed. I waited awhile to go to sleep, when I did was completely out. The only thing is though I'm laying on one side when I sleep and not rolling over at all. When I wake woke up my entire left arm was numb as can be. I waved it around for a few mintues to get the blood to flow some.

The Workout:

Decline DB Press - @ 80 2 x 10, @ 90 x 10, @ 95 x 7

Incline DB Fly's - @ 35 3 x 10

Incline Hammer Curls - @ 35 2 x 10, @ 45 x 5

DB Press - @ 75 x 12

Reverse DB curls - @ 25 4 x 12 superset w/
Standing Dbl DB Calf Raises - @ 75 4 x 15

After Thoughts:
I was a little bit upset today. I failed to get 95 lbs on my flat DB press after two attempts. I guess that will be my new sticking point that I'm going to have to break through! Everything esle went good, I had a wicked forearm pump doing the reverse curls and DB calf rasies. It felt real good to get it today. Post workout I had my usual shake and I'm about to eat some eggs and toast. I might take tomorrow off, or do a back day. I don't know yet. I think I'm going to take off and do a back/shoulders day on Friday.
 
What is the craziest dream you've had on this stuff? I just had an insane dream the other day I'll be updating in my thread.
 
I would have to say the first night on Somnidren where I got a haircut in my dream. It seemed soooo real. Like I touched my head when I woke up just to be sure it wan't cut up. I was amazed bc I had never had a dream like that that I remembered. It was insane... good question Emerge!
 
As far as dreams go, do you find yourself having multiple dreams a night (you wake up from a dream, just to fall back asleep and dream something else) or just vivid dreams.

I do have multiple dreams in a single night, most nights. This can be because I was awoken by my gf in the middle of a dream and fall back asleep or just during my sleep sometimes I just have different dreams through out the night. These are not as vivid as they used to be, I can't even remember them on most nights now. Most of the time they when I can remember them they are just silly and dumb.

I noticed this too. The MST stack is still workin great, it's just a deeeep sleep now and I don't really remember my dream if I dose it back to back nights.

Try taking ZMK ~3.5hrs from bed if you can. I just started doing this and man, about 2hrs from bed I'm screaming to go to sleep. I take my Somni 1hr from bed, and when I hit the pillow, I'm OUT!

I didn't think ZMK would have any sedative effects, but something in it does.
 
Ya, I have two meals afterwords.

I dose ZMK @ about 8pm, eat around 9:30pm, take Somni around 10:45, and slam a shake at 11:30.

Alright I see now. I'll try something like this: ZMK at 6, eat at 7:30, Somnidren at 9, final shake around 9:45, then bed around 10.

Workout #8

Last Night:
I went w/ the Cannon on this one. I took all four ZMK around 6:30, ate 9 scrambled eggs w/ cheese at 7:30, then at 8:30 I mixed a scoop of Somnidren w/ water and drank it. Then around 9:15 I had a small caesin protein drink. I was really tired around 8:00, then after I drank the Somnidren I was ready to sleep, but Hell's Kitchen was still on and I was watching it with some people. By ten when I went to bed I was out as soon I hit the bed. And I still got another full night of sleep. I wanted to wake up a little early this morning because I had to do some extra stuff before I lifted abd I woke up right at 5:30 just like I wanted to. I enjoyed this dosing scheme and I'll probably try this again soon, maybe even tonight!

The Workout:

Stiff Leg Deads - @ 185 2 x 8, @ 205 2 x 4

Shoulder Press - @ 120 x 8, @ 125 3 x 5, 1 x 3, @ 130 x 2, x 1

Dips - w/ 40 x 5, w/ 45 x 5, w/ 50 x 5, w/ 55 x 2, BW x 11

DB Swings @ 55, 3 x 6 superset w/
DB side laterals @ 25, 3 x 8

After Thoughts:
This session went pretty well. I feel sore in my shoulders and triceps for sure. I think those Stiff leg deads at 205 were the heaviest I have gone on them. The dips were killer, I was just adding weight and going, with just a few breaths between sets. Post workout I had my usual shake, and I'm about to eat some eggs and homemade bread. I weighed in this morning when I woke up too, I was at 210.3. I'm pretty happy with this weight gain, but I can tell my belly is getting bigger. Other than that everything else is good. I think I want to keep with this bulking until I get to around 225 and then see where I am at.
Today I'm going to have some fun. I'm going to go out and pick off most of the old spinach and wash it. Then I'm going to put it a blender with a little bit of water and blend it. Once I do this I am going to put the liquid into ice cube trays and freeze it. So then I can have spinach ice cubes for as long as I want! I'm soooo excited about it, shows how much of a loser I am!! haha
 
Workout #9

Last Night:
I used the same pattern as the previous night, with one exception. I only mixed a half scoop of Somnidren with water and I saved the other half right before bed. This second 1/2 was taken sublingually. Boy was out cold after this one. Easily one of the best nights of sleep I have had while using the stack. I was out cold right until 5:30 when I got up. I felt real good too, ready to get some work done...

The Workout:

Squats - @ 185 - 15,12,10 superset w/
Deadlifts - @ 185 - 10,10,8

Squats - @ 235 - 2 x 5

Barbell Lunges in place - @ 115 - 2 x 10 superset w/
Standing Calf Raises - @ 115 - 2 x reps to failure?

After Thoughts:
I am f-ing beat up after this one. My legs were shaking bad after those freakin lunges. The pain felt to good though, but not until I was done with them. I know the first sets of squats were light, but I did them with the deadlifts and it was a killer combo for sure. I was aiming for 15 reps a set, but I failed to get them all. I got my usual post workout shake, and I just ate some eggs and toast.
I got another busy day ahead of me today, I hope I'm not going to be limping around all day...
 
I know you'll enjoy it very much. It's pretty fun just to play around with the dosing to see what works best for you...

I see you're taking some of the dose sublingually. Have you found this to be more effective or fast acting? I can't wait to try this. I usually try to get to bed by 10pm, but I never seem to keep to it. I hope this stuff will help me some. As for dreams, oh geez.... I have some killer dreams already, every night!
 
Yeah you got it right, taking the Somnidren sublingually will hit you hard and fast. Tonight I'm gonna take both scoops just before bed and I bet I'll be out almost instanlty. It's weird about the dreams though, I never used to have dreams. Now I have dreams almost everynight, but I can't remember what they were about when I wake up.

Last Night:
I did the same thing as the previous nights, but this time I waited until just before bed to take a 1/2 scoop of Somnidren. I was real tired by this time and I feel asleep right away. I had to get up early again to get some work done. I think I will have to get up early everyday until Wednesday. On Wednesday I got to go out of town until Friday, so I will be getting plenty of rest, hopefully. Since I am going out then I decided to lift today, and everyday until I go.

The Workout:

Pull ups w/ 35 lbs - 9,6,3,3,3

DB Press - @85 x 10, @ 90 x 8, @ 100 x 4, @ 85 x 12

Decline DB Flys - @ 40 x 10,8

Bent Rows - @ 135 x 10, @ 145 x 8, @ 155 x 6,5,4, superset w/
DB pullovers - @ 65 for 5 x 10

Incline DB Press - @ 75 x 10,6,5

After Thoughts:
Today was incredible for me! I finally got triple digits on the DB press. I was so happy when I cranked out those 4 reps for sure. It felt very good. I tried to get another set but I failed to get the weight up. It was easily the biggest PR I have had in awhile. The incline presses were easier than I thought to, I was able to get a 10 rep set, which is more than I have ever got before. The pull ups were hard as usual, and the rows/ pull overs felt nice. Post workout I got my usual shake. After that I went to workout my gf's sister, which was real fun. I had doing some deadlifts, shoulder presses, lunges, and a few other things. She told me she was "dizzy" after, lol. It started raining real hard right in the middle of my session, and I think it just passed through now. I hope that doesn't put a damper on my work outside...

Last Night:
I took both the ZMK and Somnidren 15 minutes before bed. I just wanted to try this method out, I don't know why. I fell asleep real quick, unfortunatley though my gf has not been feeling good the past two days and she woke me up an hour later, then again a little while later. I fell back asleep quickly after the first time, but after the second time I just got up and went to the other room and fell asleep. Once I was in the other room I was good the rest of the night!

The Workout:

Clean and Press @ 165 - 10 reps

Dips w/ 20 lbs - 12,12,10,11,9 superset w/
Reverse barbell curls @ 80 - 8,8,8,8,7

All 4 back to back-
DB shoulder press @ 55 - 10,7,6
barbell curls @ 75 - 9,8,8
skullcrushers @ 80 - 6,5,5
bent laterals @ 20 - 10,9,9

After Thoughts:

My shoulder are dead after this one. I was going to take today off, but since I going to be gone Wed-Friday I decided that I would rest those days. The last few reps of the clean and presses were more like push presses, that is a lot of weight for me on them and I just had to use some legs to throw the weight up. I got my usual post workout shake, and I'm probably eat some more eggs and toast or biscuits in a few minutes.
I got to go down to Huntsville again today. I think my gf needs to pick some stuff up from the store and we might watch a movie, but I don't know. Tomorrow I think I going to do some deads or squats and a bunch of other leg things, which I am looking forward to...

Right now I'm just taking the basics until I'm done with this stack, I got:

In the morning: multi (OT) eod, handfull of vitamins eod (I switch off between my OT and just the vitamins that could make up a mulit w/ out some things of course), & 4-8 gram fish oil

Pre workout: now I'm taking 3 gram beta a & some vegetable glycerine

Post workout: waxy maize, protein, creatine mono, bulk pslin, luecine

Thats about it along with just the food that I eat, as of now of course.
 
Workout #12

Last Night:
I only took the 4 ZMK last night, about an hour pre bed. I slept all throughout the night, even got an extra 30 min of sleep. I felt real good, I had planned to take today off. Since I am going out of town tomorrow I figured I would just go all out today though....

The Workout:

Deadlifts @ 225 - 10,10,10,10,8 - strapped up @ 275 x 6

Standing Barbell Calf raises - 135 x 15, 155 x 15, 175 x 15, 195 x 15, 215 x 12, 235 x 10, 245 x 8

Step ups w/ 115 barbell on my back 2 x 5 superset w/
Plate lunges w/ 25 lbs - 2 x 12

Squats - @ 225 x 10, 235 x 10

After Thoughts:
This was a brutal one today boys! The only weak part was that I was unable to get over 10 reps on the 275 lb deadlift w/ strapps. I was pissed but my back was sore and stuff so I understand why I couldn't pull it enough. The calf rasies gave me a nice pump, and the step ups and lunges were hard, especially the step ups. On squats I made sure I got super low, and I went slow. I took a deep breath in my chest at the top of every rep, and after the second set I was done. My legs felt like jello, and I just took deep breaths for like a minute. Post workout I got my usual shake, and I ate a large plate of eggs, toast, and another shake w/ oatmeal, peanut butter, and flax seeds. I am feeling lighter than I have been, so I got make sure I got a ton of food over the next few days while I am out of town...
