Workout #10
Last Night:
I did the same thing as the previous nights, but this time I waited until just before bed to take a 1/2 scoop of Somnidren. I was real tired by this time and I feel asleep right away. I had to get up early again to get some work done. I think I will have to get up early everyday until Wednesday. On Wednesday I got to go out of town until Friday, so I will be getting plenty of rest, hopefully. Since I am going out then I decided to lift today, and everyday until I go.
The Workout:
Pull ups w/ 35 lbs - 9,6,3,3,3
DB Press - @85 x 10, @ 90 x 8, @ 100 x 4, @ 85 x 12
Decline DB Flys - @ 40 x 10,8
Bent Rows - @ 135 x 10, @ 145 x 8, @ 155 x 6,5,4, superset w/
DB pullovers - @ 65 for 5 x 10
Incline DB Press - @ 75 x 10,6,5
After Thoughts:
Today was incredible for me! I finally got triple digits on the DB press. I was so happy when I cranked out those 4 reps for sure. It felt very good. I tried to get another set but I failed to get the weight up. It was easily the biggest PR I have had in awhile. The incline presses were easier than I thought to, I was able to get a 10 rep set, which is more than I have ever got before. The pull ups were hard as usual, and the rows/ pull overs felt nice. Post workout I got my usual shake. After that I went to workout my gf's sister, which was real fun. I had doing some deadlifts, shoulder presses, lunges, and a few other things. She told me she was "dizzy" after, lol. It started raining real hard right in the middle of my session, and I think it just passed through now. I hope that doesn't put a damper on my work outside...
