I have no problem going to sleep. I'm out like a light almost every night. But the problem is I can't stay asleep. I minimally wake up 2x a night and piss. I actually sleep better when I'm sick because I take Tylenol PM or Advil PM. I normally only wake up once when I take these. I know it's probably not a good idea to take these on a regular basis.
I'm just tired of feeling like crap when I wake up every morning. I know my days could be so much better if my sleep quality improved. Do you think some time release Melatonin is all I need? Now makes a cheaper supplement called Sleep. Then there's the heavy hitter Chaos and Pain Hypnos. Any suggestions?
