Killing it……those last three singles at 405, 425, and 455, followed by three singles on 475 slingshot, followed by 425 3sets x 1, on your Down Sets at that. Yeah I would bet you had more than 15 left in you, 20 would put you at 475, you’re all over that.💪😎

New dry AM bodyweight PR lol. Still got 15 lbs wiggle room so that feels nice.
 
260 starts to be a really strong bodyweight for me; about 263 I usually am getting to a point where I have to eat an enormous amount of calories to maintain that - and I do truly believe that caloric load has some impact on my strength. If only from more nutrition overall allowing faster recovery & training response to stimulus. IE being able to eat 4800 calories to maintain the same bodyweight vs 4000 will produce faster strength gains despite no change in tissue or leverage, just turning over more energy.

how are your sessions feeling? any resistance or still feeling like just solid progression right now?
That last session was it. Just 2 technique days. Not going tonget any stronger at this point. Time to recover to my fullest ability, then go destroy one last time 😈
 
This week take some walks, get your food & fluids in to the best of your ability, and if you can turn in early at all at any point, just go to bed! Otherwise, try to forget about the comp until it’s time to start loading food the day prior - staying occupied is best I’ve found.

If all goes well will take a fourth at 215kg (474) or maybe higher depending on feels. Looking/feeling like concrete. Dropped NPP a few weeks ago and subbed trest a (315mg) and a dash of tren a (210mg). Ran low dose var this week just to hold tissue/boost collagen. Tomorrow I’ll don my halo and see what the hokie pokie is all about 😇

30mg of Tren/day I’d be losing my mind! 35mg Trest was seriously solid, so 45/day has to be good. You’re going to smash it tomorrow!

without the trest I’d be a tren basketcase for sure. It’s amazing the night/day difference of with vs without trest. I couldn't run tren solo without getting in to some sort of trouble lol

Unfortunately, I was using 25mg each daily of test/tren/Trest when I started feeling like I’d be unhappy forever, so that just further reinforces how much it’s not for me overall. I can get benefits at 50-100/wk on Tren, and that’s about all I want to put up with!
 
Yeah Tren is one I tried only a couple of times, back in the day, and was an animal in the gym, and honestly everywhere else. I have a lot of patience with self control, and it really takes a lot to make me fly off the handle, but on Tren I snapped way too much, and then the crazy insomnia with ridiculous night sweats. As amazing as it built my physique, both times, the side effects just weren’t worth it. Now I understand if someone is preparing for competition, and handles it well. But to be honest I love Trest and have added it in a cycle a few times with great results. I usually start dosing P5P about a month ahead and usually no issues, may add an AI if needed, but usually I get great results with very little sides. And I’ve ran it in my 50s with no problems and still respond well. I just make sure to take Telmisartan for blood pressure and then good to go. Crap, y’all got me wanting to run Trest with some Test and Mast in a couple months. Ha, better go buy the wife some new running shoes.😜
 
I have only really dabbled in Tren with low doses. Just enough to cut off muscle catabolism, or slightly increase CNS engagement, but never really enough for big gains. I get a little bit snippy on certain compounds, and simply was not willing to push it any further. I promised the wife she would always be my priority over these things. I have to keep my eye on the prize, and she is the prize!
 
Thanks gents! Man it’s crazy how different it is going in to a meet without an injury. Got 9 white lights, executed flawlessly. Snagged 2 state records, bumped the masters from 385 to 463 and the open from 451 to 463. I truly believe I had 474 in the cards, no fourth attempts were allowed at this meet though so I stuck to the plan. Added almost 40 lbs to my comp bench PR and benched more raw than I ever have, that felt good! Today I am dying lol, adrenaline fatigued, gotta go to work, good thing I’m still riding that meet high.
