SkRaw85 Training Log

I remember benching 355 back in my day….we had to walk FIFTEEN MILES in the snow to get to the gym too, uphill both ways…

What’s that record currently at for that fed?

lol. Bro you’ll be back and stronger than before in no time. Looks like with clean abs to boot!

424 lbs currently. But more importantly, I want at least 200kg, for myself.

Lol trust me I’m not close to a clean set of abs, nor is that the end goal! But the smaller my love handles are when I weigh 275, the better off I’ll be!

You know as soon as I benched 405, in my head it’s like 200kg what I really wanted. Not 407 (next weight in comp increments), or 455 in the gym - I want to do 440. I realize that’s like 10% more, so I will (or won’t) have many PRs before it, but something about 200/440 really feels like the next level.

It’s a nice round number. My best raw gym lift was this and I’m ready to blow it out of the water in due time. I’ll have plenty of mass to bring to the table for this one lol. Still will be in the way lower end of 275, don’t plan to go full dirty.

No, there’s no need to; your bodyfat & caloric intake will tell you when you’re at the upper end of the bulk for now. I have been 260s 4 times in the last 5 years, but only on the most recent bulk did I touch 270 even, for 3 days when I peaked for 405.

You might find yourself in low 250s and feel you’re topped out for now - that’s fine. I don’t think you can continue to raise food past a point without substantially more drugs to process it, and at some point you will decide that enough is enough in both regards. You want to do this for a long time, you need to keep a modicum of health. This isn’t a dose demonization, as some people can take a ton and be healthier than some on a little. But your body will tell you what you can tolerate, so you will be wise to listen!

I’m thinking I will land around 250-255 for the meet. That’s about the last avenue of “comfort “for me 🤣
I just have to control those damn 1 am garbage disposal cravings that trest gives me after a few weeks. I will be disciplined.
Still mapping out my supplements for the run I’ll post in detail when finalized. Nutshell: start test/primo ace tabs, intro trest dec shortly after, intro tren/var(pwo only)/mast p for peaking weeks, halo for meet day

Eating the veg b4 the meat. I dig it. I squatted on Sunday. Figured it made sense. I say “Oh my God” after every set. 😂😜

I always figure it's my most demanding lift so I try to hit it when I'm freshest, either my weekend lift or Monday. I need less mental mojo to enjoy an upper day 😅🤘

That’s great man…..and 16 weeks gives you a more realistic time frame to train and hit that
440 lbs. bench.
I feel like he is gonna beat that 440 just watch. With his benching ability and not focusing hard on squats and dead lifts at the same time he will be able to make progress like crazy on his bench. That's a lot of extra recovery that can be focused on bench.

That's like a laundry list of heavy hitters on that cycle. Looking forward to seeing what you can do!

Well the primo tabs and mast obviously aren’t (I would never advise a man bother with primo Ace tabs), but for strength the core is usually going to be various amounts and esters of things like test, Tren, Trest, and orals. Those are your main strength drivers. Other compounds can be useful, say if an athlete needs even more muscle, or wants to add more total drugs but can’t tolerate more of the former (like adding in mast or eq instead of just more test), or a little deca for joints if it’s warranted.

But for the most part you will see test, with some stuff sprinkled (or poured!) onto the cycle as the peak approaches. Dbol, Anadrol, Var, Halo, Sdrol, Mtren.

Appreciate the kind words gents. It has been a crazy week and a half! A major asset to our company up and left, I’ve been taking that workload. 2 days later wildfires break out, shutting down the road to work so there’s another hour added to my drive and L5 each day. Still getting sessions in I’ll update. I’ll have some time Sunday to relax and catch up on everyone’s logs. Hope yall are thriving and crushing!!!!

I can’t tell you how bad I needed this. This morning has been the highlight of my past 2 weeks. 10 hrs FTW! Work and life has stabilized again and just in time to start hammering down. Going to see Limp Bizkit in UT this Sunday (yes, limp bizkit 🤣) with some friends then it’s 13 weeks

He's honestly yonger than I thought lol. I'd go!

Bro this is gonna take me back to middle school! You should watch this loserville video. Quite comical.

haha I think I was 16 when Nookie came out and that song brings back crazy high school memories. Brand spankin' new on MTV at 3am during the summer and Fred talking about how "we suck man" 😅

I just went to the Loserville Tour Sunday. Limp Bizkit was good live, I could have done without the rest of the show. People I didn't know on stage, a ganster rapper who sounded like IceCube but lyrics were very subpar. Another rap duo that was pretty talented with a little bit of a rap metal sound I enjoyed their stuff. That being said, unless you are a Corey Feldmen fan, or are familiar with the others in the line up I would recommend timing your arrival around when you think Limp Bizkit was going to be on. We ended up leaving early after we heard most of our favorites songs. It was an outdoor concert and it was hot, and sitting there for hours waiting for Limp Bizkit we just slowly petered out. So we headed out about 30 minutes early just to get home and get relaxing. Of course this was also after my contest debacle so was pretty exhausted from the prep stuff. Still, I recommend if you are not familiar with the rest of the line up don't go too early or you may be about over it by the time Limp Bizkit gets started. Also, Fred's hair is insane, I thought he was wearing a wild wig when he came out and he would take it off. Then it became obvious, that was his broccoli head hair up there on stage. LOL

All of that being said, I was there without the enjoyment of alcohol, and may have found the other acts more entertaining if I had been drinking and getting right in my head for a concert.

man I remember going to the Austin City Limits years ago, that was overwhelming! We were constantly walking from stage to stage to try to catch the acts we wanted to see. Did see Social Distortion and a few other greats but it's a lot to take in!

🤣
Yes! This is pretty much what I’ve been anticipating. Feldman is a lip syncing joke, he was better as Mouth from Goonies before all the hollyweirdos diddled him and Haim. The only other act that seems slightly entertaining is Bones/Eddy Baker. Zero interest in the rest. Hopefully these edibles slap.

Yeah Bones/Eddy Baker was the other group I enjoyed. Kind of metalish rap. The other rapper there was good, if you like how Ice Cube sounds you will enjoy the vibe of it, but I am more into lyrics when it comes to rap and just wasn't impressed by the lyrics. So it was sonically fine but lyrically unimpressive. Then again it was basically old school gansta rap where it was about sounding tough, not similes, metaphors and double entendre.

Also, I hope your edibles slap too! About 150mg would have been really nice at the show. I can't wait for that to be legal here, no access to good edibles is just a bummer here in Texas, but I wouldn't move from here just to get it.

watched Vision Quest (1985) last night with my wife and between the high school senior hooking up with a 27yr old chick, and the rando guy in the hotel grabbing his junk I looked at my wife and was like you know.... all the Hollywood slime really adds up when you look back on the 70s and 80s movies and things we just looked the other way on back then. I don't think you can even stream some of the old movies like Porkys anymore because of the stuff they put in them.

Thanks brother! A week off did wonders for the forearm adhesions. I honestly was not expecting to start week one feeling this strong. I guess it’s working?
Looks like it’s working. What weight you got to be at for the upcoming meet?

Most of the time when you post these very difficult bench variations with big numbers for them I’m just like WTF, of course he would be able to do that lol
