Today was legs. Nice squats, eventhough I was very, very tired, I felt nice pumps, and nice focus. When I did my first set, I thought it was pretty hard. I had 9 remaining! No worries, Jjohn can get through it..:whip: I did, of course.

So my AP bottle is getting lighter :sad: only 4 workouts on it left. I am very happy so far of how it made me feel, and gains too! Today is an off day, and I really am stressed about an exam coming. It has to be perfect.. I am happy I got off days, but I can't seem to concentrate. I want to train! Okay, back to my routers now..

I got my Restore today. I will run it 2 weeks prior the end of BAM, so in 5 days I will start it. There will be 5 days left of JW, but it shouldn't be a problem. I did my legs and shoulders today, and felt focused all the time I was training. This stack seems to be pretty effective so far!

I decided to start Restore right now. I will be dosing 3 caps a day. I did my back and biceps today. The pump was crazy, but I seemed to be missing fuel at the end.. Maybe because I woke up at 3 am this morning :yawn: . Anyways, great workout, my shoulders are crazy sore from yesterday. ALLRIGHT!

Wow. Amazing. I am now 195.2 lbs! :dance: This is more motivating than having a pair of boobs shaking in front of you! I am sore today. I have tested AP for a real cheat meal today:

4 french toasts
3 eggs
hashbrowns
1 large iced cappucino
6 cookies

I took 1 AP before, and one after. WHOA! You should have seen my veins poppin! My friend was laughing when he saw my hands! Today is an off day and I am taking some time to rest, and study for my last exam.. ROCK ON AP! :head:

This was a chest and triceps day. I was just amazed at the kind of pump I got there. My forearms were feeling stretched, and my chest (strength) was just pumped like there was no tomorrow. I don't feel like my strength is very high, but size wize, as you can see, I am doing excellent!

This was CRAZY SQUAT DAY! I did my 10 sets, blasted totally my quads with almost perfect movement. I should be able to increase the weight in about 2 weeks. Don't forget that I am just training for size, and will be competing in 2 years, so I don't care about the weight I lift, but I focus more on the energy I put on my lifts, and really make those legs grow. I could do more weight no problem, but I wouldn't feel it as much. Here's what I did

Today was legs, and shoulders. I didn't set any PR's, but my workout was very intense, and focus was at it's best. I can say I was a little disoriented because of the march break, and the routine is not the same. Anyways, Everything is perfect so far.
 
is it ok to run ap and sizeon? i still have another bottle of sizeon and have my ap here and am wondering if it will have any effects that will negate eachother. great log btw, lookin big bro!!

This was my last day of AP. I did my biceps and back. This morning, I am feeling like my lats have stretched and they're very sore! (YEAH!!!!) My biceps were as well flodded with huge pumps yesterday. I wasn't able to move them after my 3triple drop sets!!! Thanks Jacob for hooking me up. My log will finish as soon as BAM is done(in about 12 days) to leave place to a sponsored Hyperdrol x 2 log.
 
yeah ill let you know how it goes. i'm finishing up bam in about a week (i only ran one bottle), i have a couple weeks of jw left, and am finishing up my first sizeon bottle. strength is back to where it was if not better than before i hurt my shoulder. and size, well i'm feeling pretty jacked throughout the day now. i love it! i'm up 5 lbs!

Wow! Congrats man! 5 lbs. with an injury is remarkable. Keep up the good work man!

Restore: Day 9

Now, here we are, JW is done. It is now time to finish in beauty. I have 10 days left in this log. I took 3 a day twice of BAM, as I count them, and I am 1 day short. Oh well. Day 80 will be my scale judgement, as well as my last day of BAM. After this comes X 2!

I did my chest and triceps today. I totally showed them what I was made of. A great workout, and incredible energy. Now let's rest for tomorrow's leg day!

Here we are, I am victim of another grueling squat workout. It was tough and I felt pretty aggresive. I also felt a little pump compared to bigger ones when I was using AP. I definetly feel like I am not as "full" as before. Scale will tell tomorrow.
 
are you taking the 500 mg ap or the newer 750 mg? i'm taking the 500 mg but have heard even more amazing things about the 750 mg. and what do you think is affecting the pump your getting, the lack of jw?? my pumps are freaking incredible on this stuff!

I WAS taking the old version. No it's not the JW IMO. I am seeing a little decrease in my veins and feeling of fullness, which occured while on AP. The 750 is just added symmetry, and the same dose of AP, but the pumps are probably a little better on it. I don't know, I haven't tried yet. And yeah, it's pretty amazing pumps we're talking about here. Glad you love it man.

Okay, so I lost a few grams. Nothing dramatic. I was expecting worse than this.. Now I am extremely frustrated to see my weight has lowered, and I gotta wait two days before training! ARGHHHH! I will take the time to sleep well, and :food: a lot and hopefully the last weight in will be closer to the 10 lbs. gain ;)

Another off day. I can't wait to go lift now. School is starting back, and finally back into the routine.
 
Your determination and resilience in maintaining this log reflect your determination, dont lose sight of the basics. Ive admired your "bread and butter" approach to eating lifting and learning, dont be one of those guys jumping from one supp to the next, i was and now regret it. just my 2c no harm intended.

I see what you mean bro. No worries bout me.. I just had the opportunity to test X 2, so I applied ya know. I know where all the gains come from: Eating rest and training. The 2-4 lbs. I put on extra in this log is probably something I would attribute to supps. And I know, I was also like this before. I am obsessed with XF though, this is the only supp I will use again and again. And maybe some AP.. lol.

This was a good day. I did some shoulders and legs. I was sweating all the time, and really got it going on those stiff leg deads. I finally was able to do 3 sets of 7 reps 225 lbs. :woohoo: I felt my quads in pain this morning which is a really good sign!

Today was back and biceps. My back is really developping. I just was putting the most emphasis on my biceps as I could. I thing they will be feeling sore tomorrow. I hope so. Being sore for me is a sign that I pushed enough. I am a real hard gainer, so I really gotta fry my arms to grow. As I said, my back is getting pretty wicked, and I am getting wider. I really notice it in my shirts, they feel really tight. So far so good!!

Another off day, I felt really good all day, and was wrecked this morning. Allright! I have 5 days left on BAM. Gotta make the best of those 5 days! I will be pushing like it would be my last workout on the next 2 workouts, as there are only 2 on days left!!!

Okay, this was a tremendously painfull and exciting day. I did chest and triceps. I decided that my triceps needed more work and instead of doing 3 sets of dips, I did 3 triple drop sets of them. Whoa! Let me tell you that was worth it. Intensity was at it's best! My chest, like every other chest day was a real success.

I did my legs that day. 10 sets of squats. That's it. I was able to blast the hell out of those weights and am putting on more weight next week! ALLRIGHT! Finally I break the plateau!! It was really intense as I had a "meeting" after gym, so I was in a hurry. I still was able to get all my food down :head:

This was an off day. Diet is top notch, but I appear to be a lot leaner than usual. This might be Restore that is showing it's little side.
